This worked out wonderfully for us. We had a larger group 8 adults and 6 children and we did not have any real issues with space. Yes you have some accommodations to make for a group that size but easy to deal with. The pool was great and we did spend a fair amount of our downtime in it. We did not use the hot tub so we cannot comment on that. The location is nice with quick access to the main highways and was close to everything we planned to do. We did have one adult that had to work i.e. video conferences one day and the internet was more than adequate to enable them to complete all their activities. We had great communication with the host and they could not have made the entire process easier.

House was good for the price. Kitchen was nice. Pretty clean. There is a hot tub, foosball, and pool. Pool was very deep but there was no depth markers posted. Children’s room with bunk beds was actually the garage converted to a bedroom which was not clear on the listing. There were 3 other bedrooms with king size beds which was good. House is pet friendly which is great if you’re traveling with pets but not good for people with allergies or asthma. Overall it was a nice house and just a few little things I wished were different. I would give it 4/5 stars.

Thank you for sharing your feedback about Sun-Kissed Delight McNair #2 Chandler. I’m glad the kitchen, hot tub, foosball table and overall cleanliness met your expectations. I’m sorry the pool depth wasn’t clearly marked as per your expectations. This is a home pool and not a commerical pool so typically markers are not needed. I understand this is important to you, in advance of staying at a pool home, you may want to reach out for that information. There is no garage listed at this property and the bunk room is clearly pictured. It is full accessible from the inside of the home and fully air conditioned. Appreciate your insightful comments and have shared them with the team. Elite Vacation Rentals

Great pool!

The best part was the heated pool and hot tub. This was a big hit for our family vacation. The house was as advertised and the beds were comfortable. Property manager was extremely responsive and kept us up to date with everything.

Restful and Relaxing

The two days that I had in this home provided a chance to rest and relax. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, and lived up to expectations. The pool and jacuzzi also were a lot of fun to hangout in at the end of the day. The home was immaculate, the rooms were spacious, and overall it was a great stay! Hope to be able to come back!!

Perfect spring break!

We used to live in AZ and headed back with our kids for a spring break visit! The house was perfect! The kids absolutely loved the bunk room and were in the pool and hot tub everyday! Our biggest problem was getting them to leave the house so we could go enjoy other activities around Arizona! The location is perfect, very nice and safe neighborhood, we went running everyday. It’s also close to a ton of good food, shopping, and entertainment. If we go back we’ll try to stay here again.

4 Star

Overall, this was a great property. There were minor issues such as shower curtains not positioned correctly to keep water in when showering and the virtual assistant not working. But overall, the space was nice and allowed for a good trip.

Extras

Stay was great but could have used a few extra things in the kitchen. Like a corkscrew, wash and hand towels for kitchen. Baking pans. More games for families to play and maybe some pool toys.

This house was good for our group of 9. The backyard outdoor space is amazing (pool, hot tub, seating). The kitchen and living room areas were great. Bedrooms were good, although the mattresses are a bit hard. Only downside to the inside is while there are two bathrooms, one of the bathrooms is part of the master suite, so with 9 girls getting ready, it was difficult having to go through one of the bedrooms. A few more mirrors in the house would have reduced the need for bathroom access (a simple fix!). We suggest more lighting on the outside of the front of the house. The street itself is dark with very few street lights. We arrived at night and had a very hard time finding the house because we couldn't see the house number. Overall, we'd recommend this house and the property management. Excellent communication.

Spring break get away

Met another family of friends at this location and we shared it for a couple of days. House had plenty of room for the 10 of us. Cleanliness was ok but could have been better. Trash and hot tub was never cleaned prior to our arrival. Had to call the emergency number of the host to have the issue taken care of the next day. Unfortunately we lost out on a day of using the hot tub, which is one of the reasons we booked this location and were not compensated for the inconvenience. Staff that arrived the next day was friendly and had the hot tub cleaned and up and running the next day. Overall stay was ok.

Pictures look better online

The house has three king size memory foam mattresses. The bunk room has three queen over queen bunk beds. Those mattresses are super firm, and you feel like you are sleeping on the floor. That room also has a service door because it used to be a garage. The hottub was brand new and we loved it. The bathrooms and bedrooms weren’t the cleanest. There was still hair in the showers and on the walls/baseboards. There was trash behind the night stand. The walls could use a good wipe down, along with the doors.
