I am very pleased to know that our entire team made your holidays a positive and an exceptional experience. I will share your feedback with them to let them know to keep up the amazing work. Thank you for sharing what we should improve with us. We do appreciate your feedback. Once again please do accept my sincere apologies for the electrical outages. I contacted the electricity provider (the only one on the island) the day of your departure to discuss this matter. Unfortunately they were working in certain areas of the city to improve the overhead power lines and that evening (when power outages occurred) they had to run the tests in our community. We do apologize for the inconvenience this caused. We will continue working towards improving our systems. I also conveniently placed the notes with my personal number in every bedroom (bedside table), in case of any situations, to be able to reach me directly, for emergencies or if something was wrong. I am available for our guest and I am sure if I received earlier the information (when power outage happened at 5 pm) I would be able to restart and repair the AC unit - for it to be ready to work at night. I was not aware of this issue and I do apologize for the inconvenience it caused. I hope overall your experience and stay with us was pleasant and this situation did not affected your trip negatively. We wish that we will be able in the future to make your stay and experience even better and that your next visit will run smoothly without any issues. We hope to see your group back very soon! We are ordinarily known for our exemplary customer service here which is why I truly apologize that your experience was not what you expected and for issues that occurred during your stay. We really appreciate you bringing this problems to our attention, all feedback is important to us. As you can hopefully see from our other reviews, your situation is the exception and far from our usual high standards. Keeping our guests happy is our number one priority therefore we provided training to all members of our team in order to improve the communication and guest experience. Our cancellation and refund policy is always easily accessible on the website if needed. We replaced the tv, refrigerator and problematic air conditioning units for new ones. We also repair, change and address any issues as fast as it is possible. Property manager is conducting daily inspections and is available after hours remotely for the convenience of our guests. We hope you will consider staying with us again in future, we will be able to offer you discount, improve your stay and provide you with memorable experience up to our high standards. I would like to take the time to address this extremely unruly and rude guest. She started trying to find issues during her stay after we advised outside guest are not allowed on property. The pool uses a low voltage light. It is not possible for someone to electrocuted or hurt from a low voltage pool light. Guest were also advised of this and continued using the pool through out there stay but still mentioned it. There were no pictures of inside dining???? Why would you assume miraculously one just appeared that weren’t in the photos?? Staff go I. The house to clean 😂😂😂. This guest is so ridiculous we absolutely will never rent to them again and will pass if they try and book in the future. There are no peer either in the house unless open food containers are left in the rooms which they were
