New townhouse, Class 2 EV charger, private back patio, muscle car garage

This half of a newly built townhouse boasts 1100 Square ft. of comfort and modern amenities. There's a full kitchen with new appliances (including a dishwasher!), outfitted with cooking and eating utensils, knives (be careful, they're sharp!) dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, and Keurig. Coffee, tea, condiments, and spices are provided. There's a bar height eating area as well as a dining table and chairs (2 extra chairs are stored in the bedrooms). The living area features comfortable seating, a smart tv with access to multiple free channels, and a 14000 BTU a/c unit that easily cools the whole house. Books for adults and kids are available if that's more your vibe. You'll have your own private patio with a propane barbeque grill (available May-October), and table and chairs for dining outside. Wifi is available for all your internet needs. The master bedroom has a brand new king size mattress. There's a dresser available as well as a walk-in closet off the master bathroom, for storing your clothes. Complimentary hair dryer, toiletries, and linens are there for you to use. The living room and master bedroom are located at the back of the house which makes for a nice, private and quiet stay. The guest bedroom has a new queen mattress and a large closet. The guest bath has a full tub/shower with complimentary toiletries. The washer and dryer are located here, with laundry soap and dryer sheets for your use. There is a 19 ft. deep, single car garage to secure your collector car, motorcycle, or anything else you want to secure during your stay. The class 2 EV charger is located just inside, on the wall. Due to insurance restrictions, we ask that you please not park your EV in the garage. This home is centrally located with the Goldendale Observatory State Park, to the north, and the Columbia River and wineries to the south. Downtown you'll find restaurants and The Presby Museum. There is a city pool with a disc golf course, and hiking trails located on Observatory Hill. There are 2 grocery stores available (one is just a few blocks away) to stock up on food or other items during your stay.

The beds are comfy and the area is very quiet. The main bedroom has a decent sized bathroom and walk-in closet.The kitchen was well stocked & included a Keurig machine with plenty of k-cups! Being able to use the garage was a plus. We also enjoyed the reasonably priced McCombs Grocery Store that is very close.

We have stayed here a couple of times now. We love this place. It is perfect for what we need it for as it is close to family. Beds are comfortable and its always clean and had everything we need to be able to stay there. We will be staying there again.

One of our favorite rentals. Has everything you need and more. Small town but enjoyed the family Mexican restaurant and Dad’s Sourdough for breakfast. This was a one night stop and wished we had more time to enjoy the comforts that this house had to offer. Greatly appreciated a washer and dryer. Comfort plus, clean, well stocked and good value!

The place was amazing! Couldn’t have been happier with choosing this spot as our rental while in Goldendale. Mantle was a great host and constantly communicated with us while we were caught in a thunderstorm during our reservation. Will definitely be renting again when the opportunity presents itself.

This rental was very clean and very well appointed. Anytime I needed something, it was there. Well stocked kitchen, everything you needed for laundry. Coasters for the table and other thoughtful things throughout the house. Host was responsive and helpful. So glad I decided not to book a hotel for this trip.

Thank you for letting future guests know that there's more to the house than just a place to sleep. You can actually cook a meal and there's all the stuff necessary for washing clothes for the next leg of a trip. I'm glad you all felt at home and relaxed during your stay :)
