Comfortable 2 bed, 1 bath Townhouse in beautiful Orem. Perfect location - 10 minutes to the mouth of the canyon, 15 minutes to BYU, 5 minutes to UVU. Close enough to everything yet far enough away to be away.

The King Bed in the large bedroom, with its own 55" TV, along with a Queen Bed in the 2nd bedroom insure the peace and quiet you crave on vacation. The large family room with a 65" TV and a sectional leather couch make gathering together a treat. The large kitchen complete the comfort.

Guests will have the entire Townhouse

With a keyless, digital lock arrival is a breeze. You will only see me if there is a problem.

Located just west of State Street and south of 800 N, the location is perfect. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping, the complex is quiet and perfectly located.

Short and sweet

I could not have picked a better place for two days of quiet remote work. I appreciated the professionalism of the host, the size and cleanliness of the place, and the easy access and quiet nature of the neighborhood. Great value-to-price ratio. Would stay again.

Nice and clean

We were impressed by the cleanliness of the home. Check in was easy. I did note that the shower hot and cold were plumbed backwards. That was easy for me to figure but my son took a cold shower. I should have mentioned it to him. Bring you own cards or games if you enjoy that type of thing. Also, we liked the proximity to shopping and the freeway. Despite that it was in a quiet neighborhood that was conducive for sleeping.

Cleanest Place We Have Stayed!

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the townhome and all it offered. The beds were comfy and everything we needed was provided! Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and centrally located

We came for a sport camp at BYU. The location was great, the accommodations were clean and spacious. And the landlord was very responsive!

Paradise is a stretch

This townhome is fine. It has adequate beds, a suitable kitchen and large living room. The bathroom is small as it shared with the laundry. There were some pests in the kitchen although the home appeared to be clean. The neighborhood is not as anticipated and felt slightly unsafe.

Graduation Visit

This was perfect for my short stay in Utah. My niece was graduating and the convenience of the location as well as the cleanliness were big perks! More importantly the rental was very well provided for and I didn’t find myself searching for anything! Thank you for providing an amazing, welcoming, and detailed experience. It truly was a home away from home.

Good but could be better

The stay was great for the price, but there were a few things that needed repair. Dryer didn't work, and the door on the cabinet under the sink practically fell off. The apartment was okay, but definitely could use a few upgrades. The beds were good but the pillows were hard. Also, the shower curtain rod is hung incorrectly so we had to get creative so the curtain would stay closed.

Quiet Convenience

We stayed at this property for a few days over Thanksgiving. It was clean, conveniently located, and in a quiet complex. The property had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and space was sufficient. Parking wasn’t an issue. The check-in and check-out process was simple. Todd and Mikki are very responsive hosts. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
