The Pickleball Manor

PLEASE NOTE: Because we have a roll away bed, they list our property as 3 bedroom. We have 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed. One bedroom with a Twin-size over Double-size bunk bed, with a Twin-size trundle, beneath the double-bed. Additionally we have one air mattresses.

Our cozy 1,400 suite, at the foot of the Wasatch Mountain range, is excellent for business travel, vacations, and exploring the magnificent great outdoors of Utah. We also have 2 pickleball courts and hundreds of demo paddles that are all available for our guests!

We love our guests and ensuring that they have a wonderful stay with us. We are extremely responsive and encourage guests to reach out with any requests, before and throughout their stay.

PICKLEBALL: We have 2 pickleball courts in our backyard and have groups that come and play through the week. The courts are available for guests upon request! We respect the city quiet hours and do not play before 7am and do not play later than 10pm.

The property was perfect for our stay. It became clear the longer we were there that it was the perfect location for us. Both close to Salt Lake City and close to our familiy in Utah County. Jamie and Jordan were the perfect hosts. They answered all questions we had very promptly. We will definitely stay here again,

The hosts were fabulous. There was just a slight mixup with how VRBO listed the property at the time of booking as a 3-bedroom which in actuality was a 2 bedroom with the option for a blow up bed - it ended up being just fine, and the listing has been updated to reflect correctly. The hosts were very responsive and gracious. It was a lovely stay and close to our business event.

Not only was the apartment and managers great but the neighborhood was ideal for Highland/American Fork Canyon.

Jamie and Jordan were very accommodating. Check in and check out were seamless and easy. Centrally located for our Christmas and New Year's vacation. Everything we needed within close driving distance. Nicely appointed and spacious amenities. We were pleasantly surprised by the decorated Christmas tree, garlands, and holiday lights that greeted us and made the ambience festive. Young kids really enjoyed the puppet, reading, and play book. Ample closet and storage space for all of our extra stuff. Large bedrooms. Comfortable beds, and large sectional couch that reclined in AV area. Cookware plentiful. Washer and dryer worked like a charm. We would definitely stay again!

Comfortable and Homey

We were very happy with our stay. The home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with easy interstate access. Our family of 4 were comfortable. We had off street parking for two cars, which also made us feel safe. We were happy to discover the reclining sections of the couch after a long, busy day. The hosts were attentive to our questions and kind. It was a great location for us, as we were traveling between Salt Lake City and Provo during the week we stayed. We would definitely stay here again.

First try at Pickleball

The best part of my stay was interacting with the hosts, Jordan and Jamie! They were very responsive and accommodating! The rooms were clean and well stocked with everything I needed to enjoy my stay. Since I was attending events in Utah Valley, the location was perfect for my visit. The best part of my stay at the Pickleball Manor was actually getting on the courts!

Just Grreeat!!

The property has an excellent location, surrounded by mountains and parks, in excellent condition, very clean and independent. With all the things you may need for your stay in Highland,Ut If one day we returned there, we would definitely try to book with Jamie and Jordan (our hosts) they were excellent people, very friendly and very hospitable. Highly recommended

Pickleball Paradise

Our hosts, Jordan and Jamie, were welcoming and communicative. The space is well appointed with everything you would need for a stay with kids - including a play nook. If you love pickleball, this is the place for you. Jordan is an expert in all things pickleball, especially paddles. And there are two courts on the property. We will absolutely be staying here again when we come back any time they have availability. I’d give this property and our hosts TEN stars if I could.

Nice but loud

The basement apartment was cute and nice sufficient if you want to do minimal cooking. Note this is a basement apartment with a family of young children above. It was loud you can hear everything. Loud even after/before the set quiet time that was asked of us and we were told they would also honor the times. So just be advised. If you do not care then this is a nice place to stay, great location, lots of things nearby.

4th time staying here

We absolutely LOVE this property. This was our 4th stay. With 2 teenagers and a toddler, this is perfect for our family. All the beds are comfy. The Kid's Cave is so fun. The kitchen has everything you need. The suite has plenty of room without feeling like you're on top of each other. The hosts are super fantastic. They do everything they can for your personal comfort. They are quick to help in any way. They give you your space but are just too fun not to get to know. We're looking forward to staying here again.

We love to spend time with our children and playing board games is one of our favorite activities. We also love travelling as a family. But most of the time you'll find us at our favorite place... the pool! I think my kids (and hubby) are part fish ﾂ
