This was the perfect place for our anniversary trip and very close to everything. River Street was only a few blocks away and parking was great. We will definitely be visiting again!

Perfect location for a downtown Savannah stay. Convenient to everything River Street has to offer. Loads of space and lots of charm.

We had a great time at this location! We stay at a lot of these short term rentals and this place was neat, clean, and exactly as described. Location was perfect!

Nice location within walking distance to just about everything. Directly next to a nice bar/restaurant Treylor Park. Be prepared to walk up a lot of steps to get to the apartment. Half are metal and outside. Definitely not fun with large luggage. There is a ground level apartment that would have been much nicer but wasn't available at the time. Everything is sticky because the AC isn't properly adjusted causing the place to be cool but clammy. It doesn't remove the humidity. The place served it's purposed for a couple days exploring Savannah before heading to the beach.

Very nice, fully furnished apartment. Attractive and comfortable. Two flights of stairs carrying luggage was only drawback.

I don’t have anything bad to say about this stay. The location is perfection, plus the free parking is the icing on top. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. The umbrellas also came in handy when there was a rain storm! 10/10, loved it. When I come back to Savannah, I will definitely stay here again!

Everything is as absolutely perfect! Walking distance to River street to enjoy all the things. Restaurant next door/ Treylor Park is a must!

Excellent location!! Coffee and good restaurants steps away. Easy walk to Broughton St for shopping. Having a parking spot makes all the difference. Very comfortable.

We have stayed in several different areas of Savannah when we come to visit our son. This apartment is in a prime location and the absolute bonus is the free parking spot. If you type 9 Drayton Street, Savannah in your maps, that will put you in the exact spot where you need to turn onto Bay lane (which is the “alley” that has the (1) parking spot). The alley is “one way only”. The apartment is nice and spacious.

This is a beautiful place! We stayed here and walked to The Pink House restaurant for dinner. It is it literally steps from the door. Having the lovely den and kitchen was so much nicer than renting a hotel. Also, the parking space that right out front is convenient and saves at least 50 on hotel parking. We will stay here again!

This property had the perfect location for our Savannah adventure. Having a restaurant/bar right next door wasn't too bad either.
