The location of this house to University of the Pacific was perfect for me. The house had everything we needed to get through the week. Communications with our host were great. The house itself was very clean and well stocked with essential equipment for cooking and doing laundry. Our pets did great here as well.

The 2/1 Cozy Home in West Stockton was appropriately furnished and stocked for a couple like ourselves with our small animal.The location was very convenient in proximity to our family hospital on California Street. The blankets were comfortable plush soft little heavens and the large room bed was a pure gentle pillow to drift off into; lost in a sweet paradise of bliss. Everything down to the multitude ice cube trays, Pur sink mechanized filter and pitcher for filtered water were absolutely perfect for a hot relaxing summer break.I even had a ten minute Zumba dance session alone, which helped me decompress. We will come back assuredly. Thank goodness for genius kindhearted people like these hosts.

Country Club

Wonderful stay! Everything was just as I had hoped, comfortable beds, hot shower and all the essentials in the kitchen. Richard kept in contact with me and even set the temperature to our liking prior to our arrival!! We locked ourselves out once and he responded right away, we only waited maybe 5 minutes. Thanks again!

Perfect stay for a mom + 5 year old

My daughter and I had an excellent experience at this stay. The home is super functional and it’s evident much care has been put into making it so. No odd smells or strange surprises. The backyard was a beautiful shaded oasis where my little one explored new plants and played with rocks. The owner was not intrusive in the slightest, but kept good communication when I reached out and let me know when his son picked up the garbage and when the Gardner was coming so I would not be startled. I felt very safe and comfortable. Next time we visit we will absolutely book this exact spot. 10/10z

The communication from Richard, the host was always responsive, courteous, and proactive.The house is very clean, spacious, and comfortable.We will probably stay there again.Two thumbs up!

Vom ersten Tag an habe ich mich in das Häuschen verliebt. Es ist optimal geschnitten. Alles voll eingerichtet, das Geschirr in der Küche für einen einzelnen natürlich üppig. Alle nötigen Töpfe und andere Utensilien im Übermaß vorhanden. Voll ausgestattet, ohne einen Wunsch zurückzulassen. Handtücher im Bad en Masse in allen Größen.Ich war 4 1/2 Monate in der Unterkunft und es war ein wahrer Genuss. Auch kein Problem mit der Heizung. Da hatte ich im Winter Angst, da ich es viel wärmer brauche als "normale" Menschen. Dann kam aber eine Hitzewelle und es lief nur noch die Klimaanlage.Hervorzuheben bleibt absolut die Gastfreunschaft von Rick. Ich habe so etwas nie in meinem Leben erfahren. Probleme werden sofort behoben, oder Rick merkt es sogar bevor man es selber gemerkt hat! Er wird einfach zum wahren Freund. Die Lage war für mich optimal und ein Discounter in der Nähe (Wucherer leider noch näher, da bin ich am ersten Tag reingefallen, bevor mir Rick den guten Rat gegeben hat.)Insgesamt ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt und ich möchte eigentlich immer wieder zurück kommen.Ach ja, ich habe noch den tollen Garten vergessen, eine Relax-Oase, inkusive Hängematte.
