Greystone Manor is a breathtaking, private vacation home located in the heart of the Santa Ynez Valley.

Nestled between the towns of Los Olivos and Santa Ynez, this exquisite English country estate offers an open floor plan with an abundance of natural light. It features a chef's kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, 1 large living room, 2 dens, 2 wood-burning fireplaces, a game room with a pool table, a meditation/yoga room, and a resort-worthy pool and jacuzzi.

Every room is well appointed with fine-furnishings, and the grounds feature lush landscaping, manicured lawns, patios, fruit trees, and a BBQ.

Delicious meals are easily served up in the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen. The Viking range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, wine fridge, under-sink water filtration, and full range of cooking supplies make it an entertainer’s dream. Guests may enjoy their meals in the formal dining room or outside at the al fresco dining table.

Bedroom Details: The roomy master bedroom features a king bed, en suite spacious bathroom, a private courtyard, and a fireplace. The second master bedroom also has a king bed, an en suite bathroom and large walk-in closet. The third and fourth bedrooms — each with a closet and king bed — share a bathroom. The upstairs bedroom has two queen beds, two twin beds (daybed with trundle), large flat screen TV, walk-in closet, en suite bathroom - plus a private balcony overlooking the lush backyard.

Current code only allows 6 adults —additional children are allowed, up to a maximum of 10 total guests. We abide by this ordinance. Rentals of 30 days or more allow up to 10 adults. We want to accurately disclose that this home is larger than a 3 bedroom home, for those seeking 31 days or more rentals.
