Our team stayed at this property for an extended work trip, and it was absolutely perfect for a work group. The house was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, giving everyone plenty of space to relax after a long day. The location is fantastic—super convenient to downtown Tallahassee, making our daily commute and team dinners hassle-free. On top of that, the owner was a pleasure to deal with. Communication was quick, clear, and helpful from start to finish. I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or with a large group. We would definitely stay here again!

From the moment we arrived, this place checked every box. Check-in was seamless — clear instructions sent ahead of time, no fumbling around at the door. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. Everything worked the way it was supposed to.The house was well-stocked beyond the basics — we had everything we needed without making a single run to the store on arrival. The kitchen was fully equipped, linens were fresh, and the space felt like someone actually thought through what guests would need.Location was great — easy to get around, close to everything we needed, and the neighborhood was quiet and comfortable. The host was responsive and communicative throughout. Any question we had was answered quickly and professionally. You could tell they take pride in the property and genuinely want guests to have a good experience. We'd stay here again without hesitation and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-run place in the Tallahassee area.

Family Christmas

Charming older home with great spaces for multi generation stay and character perfect for Christmas get together! Plenty of room to be together and great choice of bedrooms so all were comfortable and had space. Game room was great and included additional board games, books, puzzles for all ages even 11 month baby! Kitchen had everything we needed and Marc quickly replaced coffee pot when we said it was not working as well as we expected. With cooler weather we enjoyed fire pit and tail gate set up out back every day and night. So close to both universities, capital, airport and easy to get anywhere in Tallahassee.
