This was a spacious and lovely studio apartment right on the water - all the benefits of being on a boat without the rocking!! The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. It was a birder’s delight with resident eagles, herons, cormorants, gulls and ducks and a kingfisher. The nor’easter made it an even more interesting but safe stay.

The boathouse was such a relaxing location. We were able to watch the sunrise over the water each morning and saw lobster fisherman check their pots from the back deck. The only downside is parking. We had a mid-sized SUV and was not able to fit into our spot but Anna was very accomodating. Other than parking, this location is the absolute perfect location with the most comfortable bed.

Arrived late and got a prompt response to assist getting checked in. This place was fully equipped and had all the furnishings anyone could ask for: full kitchen, full bath, office space, living room, dining area, laundry… I just couldn’t believe the back deck and dock with the kayaks. Surrounded by natural beauty and waking up in a cozy bed every day. Made for the relaxing getaway we were looking for.

Our two night stay was great! The place was neat, clean, spacious and comfortable. The sunsets and sunrises over the water were amazing, and we enjoyed the uniqueness of being in a converted boat house.

This was a wonderful property--whoever owns or manages it has left no stone unturned. It had every thing you could ever want in a staycation.....every detail was taken care of, right down to a sewing kit, if so needed. We had a wonderful time there and would recommend it to anyone who likes a quiet, peaceful, well appointed experience. Kudos to all!

Lovely boathouse

Amazing spot, as someone who used live down the street, I felt like I was back at home! So happy to have the spot. Will for sure be coming back!

Very enjoyable stay

Really like this stay. You are not near the water you are over the water. Great water views and there is a dock and kayaks for your use. The unit is quite large and comfortable.

Location was beautiful. Enjoyed the dock everyday. If you are looking to be on the water you will enjoy this rental. Very quiet location. Lots of ducks and birds to enjoy. We saw a seal one morning. Close to stores.

Getaway

We so enjoyed staying in the open, light filled Boathouse. The highlight was the nightly visit to our dock by the Great Blue heron, who enjoyed fishing off the dock. Also loved watching the terns, egret, and bald eagles!

Unique Property in a Beautiful Settng

The boat house in totally unique. The views are breathtaking and the property is clean, convenient and comfortable.

Enjoyed Our Long Weekend

The rental is well stocked with all you'd need, and the water/sunrise views are hard to beat. The Owners are very friendly and expect their guests to enjoy their stay. They are very quick to answer any questions you may have. We would definitely stay again!

Great place

Very clean and very responsive owner. Funky place over the water with a dock and two kayaks. Great views everywhere in the house and the location is great for day trips around the coast.
