We live on the on the property as your private concierge to help you with recommendations on restaurants, tours, live music, shopping etc. or anything you might need in room ie; towels, maintenance.
Our neighborhood is ( we think) in the perfect location. Tucked in the jungle just 350 meters from main road, in a quiet neighborhood, but just 2 minutes from everything.
We are 350 meters from the main road where the buses run all day long, approximately every 15 minutes, for about 60 cents. Also taxis are readily available for aprox. $4.00 to the town of Quepos or $6.00 to the main beach.
Respect the Environment: Costa Rica is known for its diverse and fragile ecosystems. Please help us protect the environment by not feeding the wildlife or tampering with the natural habitat. Feeding animals can disrupt their natural behavior and harm their health. We have bugs, lizards and humidity staining, this is common and no reason for refund. If something needs attention please alert staff.
Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of your noise level, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Keep in mind that loud music or noise can disturb both neighbors and wildlife.
No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. If you choose to smoke outside, please dispose of your cigarette butts in designated containers and avoid littering.
Garbage Disposal: Properly dispose of your trash in provided containers. This will help prevent attracting wildlife and maintain the cleanliness of the property.
Conservation of Resources: Please be mindful of your water and electricity usage. Turn off lights, fans, and AC when not in use, and report any water leaks or issues immediately.
Guest Limit: The villa has a maximum occupancy limit. Please adhere to this limit to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.
Pets: Check with Heidy, the property manager, regarding the villa's pet policy. If pets are allowed, ensure that they are well-behaved and clean up after them.
Pool and Amenities: Use the pool and other amenities responsibly. Follow any specific rules posted in those areas.
Security: Lock all doors and windows when you leave the villa, and use the provided safe for your valuables.
Respect for Local Culture: Respect the local culture and customs. This includes dress code, interactions with locals, and adherence to any local regulations.
Check-Out Procedures: Please follow check-out procedures provided by Heidy, the property manager. This may include cleaning up the villa, washing dishes, and returning keys.
