Unbeatable location! Nestled in the back of the main residence, this cozy, detached cottage makes for the perfect getaway. This property features all the conveniences of home, just smaller scale! Enjoy easy access from the blue stone gravel drive, as well as dedicated parking for guests - with plenty of auxiliary parking if you have more than one vehicle, as well as street parking available in case you need it. Enjoy exploring a variety of charming restaurants, boutiques, and breweries, all within walking distance.

When we say walking distance from downtown, we mean it! Below are a few of our favorite local spots worth checking out:

- 400' to The Jefferson Inn (live music on the weekends)
- 0.2 miles to Southern Pines Brewing Company (frosé and local beer on tap)
- 0.2 miles to Ashtens
- 0.2 miles to The Bell Tree Tavern
- 0.3 miles to Southern Pines Growler
- 0.3 miles to So Pines Pizza
- 0.4 miles to Southern Prime Steakhouse (fancy dinner)
- 0.6 miles to Betsy's Crepes (the best breakfast spot around, in our humble opinion)

Perfect location, great little place.

Stayed for 4 nights while in town for work. The location is excellent with most amenities in Southern Pines within a 5 minute walk. The property itself is well appointed and spotless in a quiet area (relatively close to the rail line but most places are in SP). Will definitely look to stay here again when in town next.

Perfect Location!

Everything about this property was wonderful. It was very clean and the location was great for walking to the downtown Southern Pines area. I would highly recommend staying here!

This was the perfect setting for a getaway to Southern Pines/Pinehurst area. Easy access to downtown Southern Pines. Short drive to Pinehurst resort/golf.
