Super responsive host. House is in a quiet neighborhood and was very comfortable even for our large family. It's only about 18 minutes to wild adventures, we were also able to find plenty of places to eat nearby as well. Great times were had in a very comfortable home.

Orlando was a great host and will stay at one of there locations again, This location was great for our family during a weekend get away to wild adventures, the mall and, all the thrift stores. Had a few small issues but lando took note to make sure they are fixed soon after we left but offered a temporary solution to the one main issue which was the oven not working but we decided to go eat out after we discovered that but lando did offer a amazing temporary solution that we considered. Great host and great response time. Loved our stay and will stay here and at Landos other properties in our future trips to Valdosta!

Overall was ok. The bake button on the oven did not work. Notification was made and the brought a small toaster oven. Internet did not work but the next day it was working. A load of smelly sheets were left in the washing machine. The same day they dropped the toaster oven is when they picked up the smelly sheets. Woke up in the middle of the night to something crawling on my arm. Flug it off and woke up in the morning to find a palmetto bug on the floor next to the bed.

The house was pretty clean only one small issue but nothing major. The beds were not as comfortable as I would've liked and the house is small, but it was fine for us. I usually cook a but this trip I did not, the oven wouldn't work for us and only 1 of the big burners worked but not a problem if you aren't going to cook much. Overall, the house was fine for us it met our needs and was clean which is a big deal for me.

Easy location.

The girls in the two front bedrooms, said the beds uncomfortable. The very 1st had an annoying bed cover, and 2nd front bed room said a mattress topper may make it better. Also the kitchen silverware were tiny & lacking. Ok for snacking but not for a meal. Otherwise adequate.

Perfect for our weekend vacation.

The house was cozy and clean. The neighborhood was clean. The only blip in the stay was a vehicle or two playing music loudly on the main road. There is also a train nearby. But the noises were not too late. It was just later than when we go to bed. The beds were comfortable, and we slept well. So, no real complaints. The manager, Orlando, was awesome and came right away to let us in when I couldn't get the code for the lock to work.

Needs upgrades

Its a nice house big enough for our family since we brought our own air mattresses. The futon they consider a bed is definitely not. Its extremely hard to sit on more less to try and sleep on it. The dryer also needs to be fixed, it took 3 times to dry 1 load of laundry and it extremely load the first 10 minutes its on. The faucet it the kitchen also makes a load noise.

Cute House but

I debated about leaving a review but since I did not receive a response from owner after check out I felt I needed too. When we arrived the AC was not working. We messaged the owner and at 10pm at night he got a tech to come out and service it. That was awesome!! The cleaning people do not do a good job there was a smashed roach on a wall and fingerprints on doors. Our feet were black on the bottom from uncleaned floors (the carpets need to be cleaned) we could not let our grandson play on the floor. The worst part were the roaches that scattered in the morning when we turned on the light. The front bathroom smelled like urine so bad it made you sick. This house is cute but it needs work.

The house was very clean, Orlando responded to requests. Check in was a breeze, it fit myself, my son and his wife and all 8 grandkids ranging from 5 to 14. This was the first VRBO that we did not have to strip the beds and put the linens in a certain place, we just did a clean up of the dishes we used and that was it. The beds were a little uncomfortable, the kitchen and laundry appliances were a little out dated but for the price you really can’t beat it. Thanks again Orlando!

So much room for sleeping. We had 10 people and no one was on a floor!!Nice quiet neighborhood. TV in every bedroom so none of the kids fought about what to watch. We stayed here for a weekend at Wild Adventures. The kids wanted to leave the park early and just go back to the house. We will definitely be back.
