Great location, AC needs work

Great location, we’ve stayed here before and would stay again. The AC is terrible though.

The room was not ready for the 3 PM checkin. The manager never called to inform when the room was ready as was agreed. There was a grease covered grill on the deck and the bathroom fan light was full of dead bugs. Requested that these be corrected. Manager had the grill removed and the deck floor cleaned but the bugs were left. Called again to have the bugs removed. No call back or removal was done. All of this was very disappointing. The couch and bed were comfortable making our stay bearable.

Cozy but clean

This was a great place to stay for a couple days. We had a great pool. They don’t have central air so only one room got cold.

Our host sent the needed info to welcome us into the resort in plenty of time. Our unit was quite comfortable. We had nice temperatures indoors even though it became cool. All the necessary amenities were there for a pleasant stay. We brought some foods with us and Mike's grocery was nearby for our other needs and we made some nice meals. The lake is right across the street and it is pleasant to walk along it and in the neighborhood around the resort. Being there in the middle of fall meant there was lots less traffic, but that was the objective.

This property was great! The only issue was the noisy water pressure when the shower was turned on. I recommend this place for families, as there are many other families in the area enjoying the local pool. However, since I visited with my partner, it felt a bit overwhelming for just the two of us to relax at the pool at night. Despite this, there are many local rentals, food spots, and beautiful views available for equipment to use on the lake, which made for a fun experience overall.

Comfortable, Clean, and Nearby to Everything

My friend and I to Bear Lake for a best friends trip. It was so easy to get to and instructions were simple to follow. The fan on the fridge was going out and made a loud sound. I sent it to our condo contact and wow they worked fast. A person was over there fixing it within an hour. I did not expect that at all! Everything else was great too. We were close to bike/walk paths, not far from the grocery store and restaurants. My friend and I shared a bed and it was roomy enough for both of us. She would get up in the middle of the night but the mattress was soft and I didn't even notice. Great place. Next time we're up there again, I'm booking the same condo.
