The family enjoyed the space. A little cosmetic touch ups can really make the property stand out. It was a great location to retail and the beaches, we would book this Vrbo again.

Daughter’s Graduation Ceremony

Everything was great with the property, our stay was great. I had my parents and sister and also my niece, they totally enjoyed their time. The property was clean and minutes away from where my daughter was graduating from, so it was great for us. It you are in the Tampa area and need a great place to stay and don’t want to be in the city itself then this is a great place for you and your family.

Family Get Away

Welcoming home in a central location. Easy access to shops, restaurants, major highways and Tampa.Only issue was on my part, did not check with host about bedroom locations. The accessible bathroom is on the first floor but, all the bedrooms are on the second floor. There is a pull-out couch on the first floor so climbing the stairs can be avoided. Also, an item to note, this home is very pet friendly. If I was traveling with a dog this home would be a top choice for me.

As a VRBO host I am very picky about the VRBOs we choose to stay in. I would definitely give this home a 5 star rating for overall location, comfort, etc. Although the home is 4 bedroom it was just my husband, myself, and my dog so we only used one room but the mattress was really good (firm). The bathrooms were very nice (and beautiful) and had everything one needs (shampoo etc). The kitchen was also very nice and well equipped. I was a fabulous choice for my dog as there was a dog door off the screened in porch so we spent most of our time on the porch and he spent most of his time in the yard and we could keep an eye on him. Just FYI all the bedrooms are upstairs which was fine for us. Also we didn't watch any TV but the only TV was downstairs if that is something you care about. Would really recommend this home especially for pet owners. Also the host was VERY responsive.

The place is so nasty and my wife has breathing issues and she could immediately not breathe when we got in….. on top of that the “cleaning people “ did not clean anything stains all over bedding sheets and pillows clearly no one cleaned this place… spend your money on a house with a host you actually cares HORRIBLE!

Ron, we are very sorry that you and your wife had such an unfortunate experience during your stay. We understand how distressing this must have been, especially considering your wife's breathing issues. While we are unsure of what specifically caused her discomfort, we take your concerns seriously and are committed to providing a safe and clean environment for all our guests. To address the inconveniences you faced, we refunded the cost of your 3-night stay as agreed upon. This refund was intended to reflect our regret for the situation and to demonstrate our commitment to guest satisfaction. Regarding the cleanliness of the property, we deeply apologize for the oversight with the pillow stains. As soon as you reported the issue, we immediately replaced the pillow covers. We strive to maintain high standards of cleanliness, as evidenced by the numerous 5-star reviews from other guests. Nevertheless, we are reinforcing our cleaning protocols to prevent such issues in the future. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. We are dedicated to improving our services and ensuring a more pleasant experience for future guests.
