Everything was perfect except the elevator. Short walking distance to the beach. Everything was clean, quiet, and convenient.The elevator says “don’t hold door or elevator will shut down” elevator ended up shutting down while we were there. The president of the Association was up there in no time to fix it and it only took seconds. Him and his wife were very friendly. Would definitely stay there again. Just make sure you have a phone on the elevator lol

Some of the chairs are a bit loose and need to be tightened the bolts.

Stay was perfect. Everything was set up just as advertised. Unit was clean and had plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen was set up with all the needed appliances. My only recommendations would be to supply more towels and umbrellas for the patio.

Where we stayed I really enjoyed it a perfect...

Where we stayed I really enjoyed it a perfect location I personally think it was overpriced It could have been $200 cheaper wouldve been a fair price other than that very nice accommodations easy access to the beach a good parking a very clean!!!

Family Vacation

We loved staying at Lagoon Landing 301. It was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for all of my family. We loved cooking out and relaxing on the dock while my husband fished. We would love to stay here again next year!

Spacious Room with great Loft for Kids

Very nice and Clean. Easy access to beach across street and amazing pier to fish from. Room suited is with 4 adults and 4 kids. Front balcony is large and amazing however there is no shade and it gets hot. Will definitely be staying again.

Fantastic trip!

Wonderful

We had a family of 9 and had plenty of space! The accommodations were beyond my expectations! It felt very home- like! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

We loved our stay at Lagoon Landing. There were 10 Adults and we were all comfortable. The condo was great and the access to the beach and lagoon area was perfect. We enjoyed the pool. The grounds were really well kept. It was a great experience and we will stay there again!!!

May at the beach

Clean, and gorgeous home. Perfect for my family and easily accessible. Very short walk to the beach. Property manager answered all questions very quickly! Would definitely consider staying again!

Wonderful Weekend

The property is everything we needed. It was a great way to get away with the family. We had a graduation celebration with our family and then we witnessed our son proposing to his fiancee on the beach!!! We really enjoyed the weekend!!

Amazing experience

We arrived with our 3 children both our sons our special needs one is wheelchair bound so having the ramp and elevator was such a relief the house was very accessible as well on the bottom floor our youngest is autistic and we were traveling with our young nieces so the gate on the deck was so nice to not have to worry about the babies and stairs thank you so much for a great stay and amazing communication

Great weekend getaway

My family of four and our friends family of 5 stayed here for a long weekend getaway. (Friday-Monday). The distance from the beach was great and the beach area wasn’t super crowded. We definitely enjoyed the pool also. The beds are a little squeaky but were comfortable. The patio can get a little hot since there is no shade but is awesome at night! A big plus was a closet full of sand toys and beach chairs. I would definitely stay here again!

Pleasant stay

On arrival the code that was email me did not work I had to call the answer service which then got in touch with the owner they did call back to to resend another code after.

Family Fun & Sun

We truly enjoyed our vacation at Lagoon Landing. Our condo was nice, clean, and housed my family perfectly. Lagoon Landing is situated across the road from the beach with an access walkway for the condo. It has a pool, covered pavilions, and a fabulous private dock on the lagoon side. We will definitely return to this property! We also had a very positive experience with ITrip. The customer service reps were super nice and helpful. We received daily updates which were incredibly informative as well! Overall, we had a fabulous week of Family Fun & Sun!
