It's the perfect spot for visiting Cape May. The house is well-equipped, the hosts responded quickly to some minor issues and the location is perfected; close to everything but on a quiet street just outside the borough. We highly recommend!

This was a return visit for my family. We love this home. Spacious, beautifully decorated and with everything you need. We especially love the pool and hot tub. The host is very attentive if we have any questions or concerns . Location is easy to get drive to downtown Cake May. We hope to return next year!

This house was the perfect place for vacation with our 2 adult children, their spouses and our 3 grandchildren all under the age of 3. Each family had its own level for sleeping which was a plus for napping children. House was very spacious and comfortable. Could accommodate more people than we had. Great yard for playing outside and nice deck for eating/gathering at tables with umbrellas. The pool was AMAZING and bigger than we thought. Most pools are in sun for most part of day; this one is shaded throughout different times of day which was so nice for young children. There were multiple pool toys, floats, etc provided and 2 large umbrellas and lounges/chairs at the pool. Beautiful and private…and pool was clean. Adults enjoyed the hot tub! Use of bikes/helmets was great and great to have grill that our son used to smoke chickens. Short and easy drive to downtown Cape May or to beach or to lighthouse…usually no more than 10 minutes. Would DEFINITELY stay here again! My adult children and their spouses commented throughout our stay about how great of a place it is.

Everything was great, the house is beautiful, nice quiet area. Plenty of comfortable sleeping spaces for our group. Super close to everything Cape May has to offer. Owner was very responsive and flexible. If we ever visit again we would definitely choose the same location!

Beautiful retreat

Everything about this home is perfect from the fully stocked kitchen to the gorgeous back yard. Check in was smooth and the owners were extremely helpful. Gave us great tips for exploring the area. The home is immaculate. We will be staying here again.

Great rental!

We just returned home from a great wk in West Cape May. The house was perfect for our 3 generation family. The home was immaculate and has a great layout. We used the pool and hot tub each day. We visited local restaurants, farm stands, Willow Creek Winery and Beach Plum Farm. We highly recommend and would definitely like to stay again.

Wonderful Week @ Cape May Hidden Gem

The property was just as described! Beautiful, spacious and well maintained. Our teenagers loved the proximity to downtown with the perks of beautiful pool and spa. The kitchen was well stocked and we w joyed eating in the dining room as well as the spacious deck. Comfortable beds and a basement that was great for our older kids to hang with their own space.

Great house for a big family vacation!

What a wonderful place to hang with the whole family! Plenty of room, great kitchen with an extra large fridge for all our leftovers from the fabulous Cape May restaurants! The pool and hot tub made this stay particularly relaxing and fun filled! An unexpected bonus was cable tv!! Loved the location as it was a nice quiet neighborhood culdesac. Hose was perfectly clean, and had everything we could need!

Many things were in disrepair. Bathroom hooks falling out of the wall or sitting in the bathroom drawer. No toilet roll holders in the bathrooms. OPaint cans in bedroom drawers. Oven handle falling off. Dishwasher not anchored properly. Closet handle falling off. Back screen door slams shut. Deck and pool area not maintained or clean. Broken tiles on pool waterfall. Front porch rocker seat completely broken. Dead seagull on the front lawn and there all week. Pool anchors not flush with pool deck exterior causing foot injuries to the grandkids. I have pics and videos to back it up.

We appreciate the feedback. For all items that were brought to our attention during the stay, a local property manager came in person to definitively address them either same day or within 24 hours of the initial communication. The screen door closing mechanism broke and required a part that needed to be ordered and is now fixed; the guest was notified in advance that this was the case. The pool is professionally cleaned twice per week and is extremely clean.

Spacious Cape May Home with Beautiful Deck & Pool

We are a family of 6 adults and 4 children (6-2). The house is beautifully decorated and very spacious with lots of bedrooms. The king size beds were so comfortable. Modern kitchen with everything you need. Nice TV room which our kids enjoyed. The property is very private and luxurious. The pool is nicely maintained with a pool service. Dan was a great host. We will be back!

Wonderful vacation home

The beautiful home is situation on a quiet street with a large landscaped yard. The inground pool is lovely and well maintained, with a hot tub where the water lightly falls into the pool. The outdoor area had many sitting areas to enjoy. The house has an open floor plan with many sitting areas for enjoyment. The kitchen is very well appointed with plenty of room to cook in. We really enjoyed the very clean home and the large front porch. Our family had a great time at 8 Linda Sue Lane. We would definitely consider staying there again!

The perfect house

This house feels like home but better because there’s no clutter! Gorgeously decorated, everything you need from pool floats to spices, thoughtfully designed, Wi-Fi information at multiple locations, quiet neighborhood, oasis pool setting, huge deck perfect for grilling and outdoor dining, comfy couches, gorgeous kitchen, large dining room table… just an exquisite house. A few minutes from the beach on the bayside where you don’t need a permit, a short drive to Washington street and tons of restaurants, 20 min from wildwood boardwalk and the zoo… couldn’t have been better!!!! So grateful for Dan being so accommodating!

My extended family of 11 enjoyed our stay in Cape May celebrating my 65th birthday. The property was immaculately maintained and met all of our needs: spacious rooms, comfortable beds, heated pool with spa hot tub, covered porch, well-appointed modern kitchen, and convenient to beaches and several activities in the area. I am a frequent visitor to Cape May for the Exit Zero Jazz Festival and usually stay in town at hotels or bed and breakfasts. This was my first time renting a home in the area and it was perfect! Our host, Dan, provided detailed instructions and responded promptly to all inquiries. Should we decide to vacation in Cape May as a large group, in the future, we would definitely consider staying here, again.
