Very nice condo and complex
This is a smaller complex than some of the ones around it, which was very nice. The pool was quiet, the beach was busy but not too crowded. We loved seeing the ducks visit us in the pool every evening. This unit was also the nicest one we've stayed in in 4 trips to Sanibel. It was updated and very clean. Of all of your trips, this was our favorite condo and our favorite complex.

Overall condition
The kitchen is poorly equipped. The living room furnishings are in ragged condition, including holes in the couch throw pillows and holes in the bedskirt in Master BR. Pool is very nice. View is good. A plus, is that washer and dryer are full size.

Awesome complex!
The grounds and view are amazing! New beach walkway has a observation deck unlike any on the island! Sunset views are the very best your going to get!

It was a great property!
We did notice that when the air stopped running it got muggy fairly quickly. A ceiling fan in the living room would be a great addition and help with the air flow. Also, the noise from the pool was loud at times. Have the sliders been updated recently. Otherwise, this was a great place to stay and we will really consider staying here again in the future.

Great view and location. Nice condo
We love this condo. The view and location are perfect. Nicely
furnished, clean. We like that the condominium complex is small in comparison to some others, making it quiet and cozy.
We would however recommend that the owners provide information to renters on how the appliances work and provide more cooking utensils
that are in better shape. We have stayed here 3 times and have always enjoyed our vacation.

Beautiful condo at a perfect vacation island
This condo is the cleanest and most tastefully decorated I've rented. I loved the king size bedroom and the twin beds are comfortable as well. The washer and dryer was very useful with three females. It offers an awesome view of the ocean and pool visible from the kitchen, living room, and screened balcony. Absolutely beautiful. I loved having an elevator to my door as well. All the comforts of home at the beach. I love the location, the beautiful grounds, tennis courts, and beach. It is centrally located to great restaurants, shopping, theatres, and 25 miles of wonderful picturesque bike trails. I highly recommend this condo as I will certainly rent it again and again.
