This is one of our favorite VRBO rentals and we have stayed here on multiple trips. It is always clean and comfortable. The owners are very nice and responsive.

Spent our annual 2 week sister trip here. Wonderfully secluded, peaceful, comfortably roomy, and wildlife abundant. Very comfortable especially the beautiful front porch. No neighbors and far enough away from the road to enjoy a cup of coffee on the porch in our robes. Ashley & Ryan were very responsive for a couple of small issues we had upon check-in, which I do take blame for most due to misunderstanding on our part. Everything was handled & resolved within hours. Was very easy to communicate. Will definitely book again for our next years sister's trip.

Relaxing stay near Lynchburg!We enjoyed staying in this lovely home and were very comfortable, as the property had thoughtful layout and amenities. Ashley was a great host; excellent communication with clean, top-notch accommodations. We wanted a quiet retreat for a family visit without being too far from city convenience, so it checked all of our boxes. This would be a great location for anyone wanting to explore the Lynchburg area or beautiful countryside. We will definitely rebook this property again when we're in the area for another visit- looking forward to staying again.

Quiet, restful retreat

This is our second stay at this cozy cottage outside Fayetteville. It is super clean and well-furnished in a very quiet and beautiful area. The host is friendly and responsive. We will be staying here again when our travels take us through this area.

Exactly as described

Just a 1 night stay but the house is very nice and quiet area. Recommended and not a far drive to Jack Daniels distillery.

Cozy overnight cottage stay

My husband and I needed a spot to stay in Fayetteville on a recent road trip. This place was perfect. Easy to find, quiet country road, nicely furnished with a full kitchen. The host was very nice and prompt in her response to any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again on another road trip.

Quite Beautiful Property

We stayed for 10 days, the home was so clean and nice. We enjoyed our stay so much. Deer were in the yard day and night it was so nice and peaceful. The property manager was absolutely the best, she made sure we had everything we needed and was so easy to get ahold of. We definitely recommend this beautiful property

Quick stay

Cute cozy farmhouse. Very clean only complaint mattresses need to be replaced. When u feel springs its time. Would stay again if we come in the area again.

Relaxing Home

This home is beautiful and spotless!!! Such a warm relaxing vibe. There were deer just laying in the front yard when we arrived. We will definitely be back.

This is a precious clean farmhouse with modern amenities and appliances throughout the house. Since it is in the country, it is safe, quiet and peaceful but only about 10 minutes from the town of Fayetteville, TN where there are some good local restaurants. Both beds were comfortable especially the bed in the master bedroom, which has a pillow top mattress cover. The second bedroom could use a pillow top mattress cover as well but was still comfortable. Also, there were only two chairs and a round table on the front porch for seating, so this house might not work for two couples. We did get to see a few deer during our stay, as there was a young deer laying in the front yard when we arrived and we saw a large buck when we got home from eating dinner the one night we stayed. The owners communicate very well and respond very timely to any issues that may arise. There was a wasps nest in one of the ceiling fans on the front porch and one of the owners came and took care of them immediately as soon as we alerted them about it. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Loved the details in the home. Quiet and only a short ride to Lynchburg. Cahoot's was only a short ride also! The host was attentive and kind with our questions. I looked forward to our next visit, will rent again!!
