- 4 Br/3 bath 2000sf, 2 primary rooms with ensuite bathrooms, Upstairs has a Cal King bed & private deck, downstairs has a Tempur-pedic King bed
- Updated kitchen w/ quartz counter tops & fully stocked
- EV Charger in garage, 2 car garage, 2 spaces in front of the garage, and 2 spaces to the side of the garage

I'm a 4th generation native Nevadan with deep roots in my home state. I met my wife here as well, and we now are raising the 5th generation. As much as we love our city, we also enjoy surrounding areas and traveling when we can. Prior to being married, I lived in Portland, OR and worked for Salt and Straw Ice Cream company, and there my passion for cooking grew, along with my enjoyment for craft brew. I am working on perfecting the perfect pizza in my outdoor oven and creating a complimentary home brew to pair. I am also an avid golfer, which probably started when my family would go to Graeagle to play golf. I have great lasting memories from Graeagle, which is why my wife and I decided to set some new roots there. We are starting to make new memories with our kids, and hoping to provide a place others can create their own lasting memories.
