Perfect relaxing retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city!

Most beautiful and peaceful place we have stayed in a while. Wonderful accommodations, beautiful kitchen, fantastic pool and great attention to detail for anyone to have a great time. Amazing property so grateful for our short stay here!

Awesome water park and not to mention beautiful house

My family loved the pool kids would not get out … the house is great everything met our expectations and overall would come stay here again in the future

Fantastic stay—thank you!

We had a fantastic time with our extended family—something fun for everyone! The pool and water slide was great and all the amenities were great. The outdoor space is incredible and the kids used the movie room. The kitchen is great, and we really loved it. Shawn and all his folks were fantastic in terms of service and we had a lovely vacation!

Family time

My family stayed in this vrbo for my father’s memorial. We were able to have 7 adults and 4 kids comfortably under one roof. The house was clean and spacious for all of us to spend time together. Overall we had a great experience.

Paradise in the Sun

Beautiful home with ample rooms for our large group. This lovely home with all it's bedrooms and movie and game rooms made for an entertaining stay. The outdoor kitchen was most suitable for our group and the pool was the center of our stay. the house was clean and very well looked after. I would totally recommend this property to all our friends.

Work Seminar

We had a work seminar taken place in this property. It was a lovely property! Perfect for a balanced seminar! There was plenty of space for everyone to sit comfortably during presentation, plenty of space to work in groups spread out throughout the place. Great kitchen space to cook meals and even a fun place during our breaks and down time. Our employees went swimming and got to soak in the sun outside which was lovely.

We had such an amazing stay! The kids basically lived in the pool and went down the incredible slides for hours every day - it was truly the highlight of the trip. The house is very well maintained, and the owner was incredibly friendly and responsive whenever we needed anything. We had a small issue figuring out the TV, and they quickly sent over a new remote and someone to set it up, which we really appreciated.The home is perfect for two families with kids. The movie room was super comfortable, the gaming room between the bedrooms was a huge hit for both kids and adults, and the outdoor dining table was so cozy for meals and long chats while the kids played nearby. The kitchen island is large and higher than usual, which worked great for casual eating and laying out big family-style meals.The main living room couch does separate and isn’t very comfortable, but the owners were very responsive about the feedback and hopefully will replace it to make an already great home even better.Overall, it’s a beautiful home with amenities you’d dream of - the pool, slides, outdoor play areas, and indoor gaming spaces made it such a fun and memorable stay. We truly enjoyed ourselves!

Great Pool & Neighborhood. Beware: extra guest fees

Accuracy of listing: Advertised as a 6 bedroom accommodating up to 16+ people. Really a 5 bedroom with office futon. An additional per night fee is charged for each guest in your party beyond 4. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Pool was a lot of fun. Lots of tables for eating & congregating; indoor and outdoor. Lots of games, toys and books for kids. AC unit was underpowered for this size home when outside air temperature > 95 degrees. Property manager was great and very responsive. Pool was very dirty on our arrival, but the pool guy showed up the next morning and did a fantastic job bringing it up to standards.

Hi James. Thanks for coming first of all. We advertise the 6th bedroom as exactly what it is in the description, unfortunately you must have overlooked that. We do NOT charge for guests above 4, this is inaccurate. We only charge for 8 or more guests since they put more wear and tear on the house. We take these things seriously and do not try to hide anything and are 100% transparent. Hope to see you again in the future.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Lots of games and activities. Spacious indoors and outdoors. Should be listed as a 5 bedroom plus an office with an futon. Unfortunately the AC unit is not equipped to handle a house this size. The home was not clean. Spiderwebs and dust was on the chandeliers. The shower liners were stained and dirty. The curtain for the first floor bedroom was held together with duct tape. The pool was clean and enjoyable, but the outside furniture was too dirty to use.

I 100% value your feedback and we have taken immediate steps to rectify all of them 🙏 I'm sorry about the issues with the AC, we have fixed those and the issue was that the coil needed to be cleaned. The HVAC is totally adequate for the house. In summertime the spiderwebs outside is a real issue at all of our properties but we do clean them as well although it was missed prior to your stay. Annual Family extended vacation mom dad grown kids and 7 grand kids. Pool, Pool outdoor areas, video room, games and video games are the most important and this home was as advertised and a lot of fun was had by all. The extra bedroom as a work area fold out couch could have been better. We communicated with the host on questions and a minor issue with a switch were all communicated and addressed quickly. We use a number of VRBOS every year and this was a very good place with a very good experience and we recommend it.
