Everything was excellent: furnished just right, very clean, convenient for our needs, quiet, and the host was very nice and helpful. We will definitely look to stay here next time we come to Tucson.

David's place was absolutely perfect for the 2 weeks I was in town for work! It had everything I needed to be able to cook and meal prep, comfortable bed and living area was in a quite neighborhood but still close to shops and restaurants

David was super friendly, showing us around and his place was spotless, with everything we could image! The area was great for us visiting Saguaro NP & Sabino Canyon.

Great stay! The location was perfect for visiting Saguaro NP. The home was very comfortable with a comfy bed and pillows, a nicely equipped kitchen, and beautifully decorated. Our host was very kind and helpful, and even provided farm fresh eggs!

Very comfortable and well-appointed. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, and communication with the host was easy. The kitchen was well-stocked, and fit our needs nicely. The home is spacious, and the outside grounds are lovely.

Possibly the best and most hands-on host of any rental I've ever used. Fully equipped in terms of kitchen and having linens. It's in a very good location if you're doing attractions around Tucson or day trips to Tombstone or Bisbee for example.

The host was very welcoming and responsive. The house was very clean and we had everything we could want, including some fresh eggs from the host’s chickens. We had a very comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend it.

Cozy and clean

Dave had a wonderful place. Exactly as shown on listing with more than enough essentials. In fact if there was something else you required I’d be very hard pressed to think what! This place was great. Nice quiet neighborhood, but very convenient to get around to the attractions we wanted to visit. The interior spaces were comfy and well decorated giving it a real home feel. The property has fabulous amenities including a fire pit, hammock, bbq & outdoor dining area, ping pong, and a little gym. The fresh chicken eggs were a delightful surprise and were so delicious. Dave, the host met us when we checked in and gave us a guided tour.

Lovely weekend!

This was a perfect weekend stay for my parents who were in town for a graduation. David was a fantastic host - very friendly and easy to communicate with. The casita was super clean and cozy. My parents were very happy!

Spacious and clean in quiet neighborhood

We really enjoyed this property. It has modern upgrades, a wonderful shower, large bedroom closet and comfortable bed. David was wonderful to work with and very accommodating.

Perfect little casita for our stay. Great communication with our host. He was very accommodating with our early check in request. Kitchen had all the amenities and some added extras like a candy dish and some drinks. The bathroom had plenty of fluffy towels and a bidet. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend

This was the perfect spot for me. Close to family and shopping. Unit was very clean and comfortable. David gave me some fresh eggs which were fantastic. I appreciated a space heater so I could warm up the bathroom before a shower. It was those dish ones that radiate heat as opposed to the ones with fans that make a breeze. Would stay again

David, the owner was so nice to accommodate our family’s needs and desires. He has generously opened up his property for the further enjoyment of his guests, including a fire-pit, BBQ, outdoor games: ping pong, horseshoes, swings, and a hammock. We loved watching the chickens and enjoyed the occasional visits from his two very friendly dogs. We appreciated the feeling of acceptance, as well as the sense of security at this little oasis in the desert.We definitely would love to visit again.

The host was very welcoming and attentive. Everything went smooth, and the amenities were great. The only drawback was that it was a duplex, not as private as expecting, however, we did not see another soul. And we were not sure how (or if we should) access the back yard.

My husband's open heart surgery.

This place was wonderful! So comfortable & pleasant. After being in the hospital all day with my husband for 6 days, it was such a relief to come home & relax. I really liked not having to go out to eat for every meal. The kitchen was so handy. I would recommend this rental to anyone. The host was very helpful & easy to work with.
