The only thing of concern was there was no smoke alarm.However there is a fire extinguisher,The upstairs loft has 6 metal bars rungs ladder you have to use to get to 3 bed.Not practical for very young or older to use.We enjoyed the surrounding area and small farm behind. Convenient to zion , bryce and the northrim of grand canyon.

The value really was quite great. It really was quite nice being not too far from Zion national Park. Also within somewhat driving distance to get to the Grand Canyon national Park and some other things in the area love the fire pit that was out front and the ability that they have supplies to buy firewood for you

We stayed here for two nights. Close enough to the national parks but far enough to get peace and quiet, plus great views. We loved the critters on the area too! The host was easy to communicate with and we had no problems :) we hope to come back some day!

Relaxing Getaway

Loved staying in the cowboy cabin...what a nice change after spending a couple nights in Vegas...loved the animals and the property...very relaxing and would definitely stay there again...highly recommended...

I stayed at the Cowboy Cabin w my girlfriend and husky -- our dog was comfortable. This place is so cool, I'm happy I came across it and if you did to, I more than recommend this place for your stay. We enjoyed walking our dog at the animal area they have where you can pet and feed the ranch animals, so much fun. The cabin in itself was an experience, we could tell they put effort and care into the place. The shower was spectacular w the well water -- there are no photos of it but trust me, it is nice. They have everything there you need and also everything you need to cook. This has been without question one of our best stays and we travel a lot. Thanks to Johnathan and his crew. We will be coming back.

Beautiful location!

Small but delightful cabin with beautiful vistas from the porch, close enough to Zion NP. Stunning night sky. Appointed fine but small, little room for a suitcase.

Desert Farm Oasis

The GPS sent us to the wrong address but the owner provided great directions in the email. Check in and check out were super easy, the view was beautiful, and we loved playing with the farm animals! We would stay here again!

Amazing!

The tiny home was perfect for us and our pup. We loved the farm animals and the isolated location. It was perfect for hiking and visiting parks in the area!

A cabin with animal friends

The cabin was compact but very well laid out with all the necessaries including kitchen and a front porch. Loved the location - down a dirt road and felt off the beaten path. As soon as I parked, I had visits from the two cats, two dogs, and chicken.

Peace and quiet!!!

Get place to get away and unplug.. so quiet and peaceful. Also internet was available if needed. National parks in Arizona and southern Utah are easily accessible. We really enjoyed our stay and all the farm animals.

Cozy cabin

A quiet, nice place to stay. Would do it again. But remember you’re off grid so be flexible when power goes out or water pump is off due to solar panels not getting enough sun. It made for fun adventures!!

Great Cowboy Cabin near AZ/UT border

We loved this place! The animals on the property were such a great bonus. Our dog had never met goats, chickens or cows, he was quite curious! The cabin was clean & had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. While we visited we went to Bryce Canyon NP & Zion NP. There’s so many beautiful mountains around the cabin that make for gorgeous photos! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was a lot of fun, cool environment, and loving energy. There were these super sweet cats, I was scared of cats before but these ones were so kind and cuddly (they cured my fear)!! What a wonderful place. The cabin was amazing, had great design, and everything we needed (fridge, soap, towels, seasoning, oils, etc.) The TV moves as well so we were able to watch movies on the bed. The shower was a lot bigger than we expected, which was nice, but the water wouldn't warm up...other than that everything was great:)) Fun environment and very pretty. It's chilly at night for sure hahah.

Tuff star!

Had a tuff start! Please make sure you arrive in daylight, really dark and no cell service. Did find it and the owner forgot to turn on the power. Two girls in a cold dark place in the middle of nowhere! Coyotes howling! But texted and was able to get lights! Was a wonderful place once everything got settled!!

Very nice. We really liked it. Love the farm animals. Very nice place to stay. But had cold water. Just needs a few things to improve the stay. Listing needs to say 1 bedroom not 2. Loft is for small children. Hot water did not work in shower. Shower drain slow to drain. Water leaked over to toilet room after two showers. We had to plunge shower drain so 3rd person could shower. All 3 people had cold showers. Hot water in kitchen and bathroom sinks work just not shower. Need more than 1 wash cloth. Needs a small hand broom to sweep loft. Loft was dusty and loft bed had food in it. Big broom not easy to use to clean loft. Handle to long. One suggestion so coat rack can be used is to hang the decor on it up on ceiling between beams (above tv). They're were swiffer pads and a swiffer head but no handle. When with the suggestions, we lived it and recommend Wild West 40

Hi Dawni, Thanks for your feedback. We will check the hot water in the bathrooms and make sure the handles are labeled where it's supposed to be. If there was hot water in the sinks and none in the shower than it's most likely a positioning issue. We also made notes on your other suggestions to remedy. Thanks again for staying!
