Welcome to the heart of downtown Seneca, South Carolina. Formerly the Richardson Theatre in the late 50s, our building underwent an expansive renovation to create a charming, 6 bedroom boutique hotel. Each of our six private rooms are connected with a common area for dining and lounging. Each room features luxury furnishings and bedding, a private bath with a state of the art shower, and 65” Flat Screens, with all your favorite channels.
Just steps from your loft is Ram Cat Alley featuring a variety of locally owned shops, restaurants and nightlife. A short fifteen-minute drive will take you to Clemson and the heart of Tiger Town, Clemson University. Head in the opposite direction and enjoy the outdoors on Lake Keowee, Lake Jocassee or hiking and viewing one of the twenty-five waterfalls Oconee County has to offer.

Room was exactly as pictured. Nicely furnished and decorated. Comfortable bed and plush towels. We were in room 6 at the back. On Saturday night there was some noise from the bar downstairs until shortly after midnight but all other nights were quiet. Being on the top floor meant we had to wait for hot water to come up, which was taking awhile for the sink. However, we found that of we ran the shower for a few minutes the sink warmed up faster. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

Beautiful lofts, super comfortable bed!

We only stayed for one night but truly enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be back! Everything was super clean and the bed was so comfortable! Very cozy atmosphere!

The room appeared to be clean. However, the coffee maker still had water in the reservoir and the coffee pod was still in it from a previous stay. Prior to using the coffee maker, we removed the pod and poured clean water through it and the water that came out was a light brown. it should also be noted that there was a clear jar with some substance that we could not identify next to the coffee maker. It had a date on it of October 1. It looked like dried mushrooms, but again we could not identify it.In addition, it took about five minutes to get hot water to come through the bathroom sink and shower. It should be noted that there was a green liquid in a dispenser, maybe watered down shampoo or body soap in the shower. The bathroom sink had a a Dial hand soap to use. Those were the only two available cleansing items. Guest should be informed to bring your own cleansing toiletries. That would include body soap, face soap, shampoo, and conditioner. It should also be noted that this specific room did not have a window. So daylight never showed.In addition, the Seneca Police Department called us the following morning on our first night to let us know that we needed to move the car. We had not been informed that they were going to be doing maintenance on the street that morning and we should not be parking in front of the building. They were very nice to call us and let us know and helped us relocate our vehicle.

Wonderful getaway

Lori has done an amazing job of renovating and creating an incredible place to stay if in the Seneca/Clemson area. Enjoyed walking to several bars and restaurants in the area and coming back to a plush/luxury hotel room with a wonderful common area.

Game night stay

Quick one night trip for a Clemson game-property was perfect with great location. We will be back! Much better value than the local hotels.

Great Stay!

Great stay - clean room with easy access to Clemson (less than ten minutes). Easy check-in. Great restaurant below. Noise was not an issue.

Cozy Space

This was a very cozy and relaxing place to stay following a Clemson game. We had an easy time parking and getting to the game and it was amazing overall. Will be trying to come back for any future games we attend for sure.

Anniversary Weekend

Pleased with the location. The Loft is beautiful and unique. Enjoyed the Cruise In On Main. Plenty of food venues to choose from. Beds slept well. Definitely will return.

Nice place

The room was very nice well appointed room ! It was very clean with nice towels in bathroom and nice small fridge in room the bed had nice bed linens there was a couple of nice places downstairs to eat ! Mayberrys serves a great breakfast and you can buy some really good pies down stairs i highly recommend the chocalate and the blueberry butted milk !!

Nice property

Nice property, quiet location. A little difficult checking in but eventually sorted out. Advertisement said it had a hot tub but it only had a shower. No windows so very dark but nice of you like to sleep in!

An amazing gem

My wife and both were ecstatic about this place! The greatest place to have the best night of sleep. Every detail of the room and the common area. Completely hidden within the town. We are already trying to put a weekend together to come back with friends. Do not pass up on the opportunity to stay here, seriously and sincerely!

Great for a Getaway

The Lofts on Townville is a great place to get away for a weekend. We came in for a Clemson game and needed a place to stay for the night. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The only problem we had was very poor water pressure or very inconsistent flow. The hot water takes forever to arrive, but lasts once you get it.

Beautiful spot, terrible location

This place has so much potential. It is clear the host was thoughtful about the space. I would never stay here again, however, because the music that was being played at the restaurant next door was so loud it seemed that a speaker was in our room. It was constant from the time we arrived until well after midnight. Really unfortunate.

Great location for what we needed to do in this area. A bit of trouble receiving check in info in a timely manner but all worked out in the end when I called and left a message with host after not receiving a response from two emails for same. The unit itself was well appointed but does not have a window. Bed was very comfortable, there were plenty of bath towels and complimentary water in the mini fridge,but no extra coffee cups anywhere. It takes a little time for the hot water in the shower to show up but when it does it’s HOT! The flat was very clean, thank you cleaning staff! If you want to be within walking distance to dining in DT Seneca this is the place for you! Would stay here again, thank you
