Washer & Dryer access can be provided for long term stays.
Sleeps 4. Queen Murphy Chest Bed recently added! All mattresses are brand new memory foam. New Daiken 18,000 BTU mini split keeps the home nice and cool! Huge driveway, perfect for parking trailers, boats, etc.

Volleyball net and Soccer Goals provided for competitive family gatherings.

Other Details:
My outdoor cat may greet you on the patio. He is deaf, don’t be alarmed if he is a little louder around you. He is good around other animals. May act a little cautious with new guests.

Main residence may be occupied by myself or other guests during your stay.

Please leave Glass garage door closed at all times.

Bathroom fan has a 5 second delay after flipping switch.

Washer and Dryer access can be available for stays longer than 5 days.

Additional parking for boats, RV's, trailers, or other vehicles can be available for additional $25 fee per vehicle.

Early check-in fee $25.00 (after 1pm if available)

Late check- out fee $25.00 (from 11am -1pm., an additional $50.00 per hour after that)

Outdoor security camera at front doors for your safety and property protection. No indoor security cameras.

As a reminder: we have insects in Texas (mostly mosquitoes, ants, flies, roaches, palmetto bugs, wasps, asps, & spiders). Bugs are not associated with cleanliness issues and occasionally come from outside.

We are unable to offer any guarantee against nor refunds for an occasional bug or wildlife that gets in the house.
