MANY UPGRADES where done for 2024 summer season. ALL FURNISHINGS ARE BRAND NEW. WIFI and HULU with LIVE TV INCLUDED in all bedrooms and living room.

Great place to entertain with friends and family. 2 on site parking spots included.

Outdoor deck w seating area. BBQ for guests use

Large living room for entertaining with dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Full bath on first floor.

Bedroom 1 has a king size bed with a large closet and SMART TV (Sleeps 2)

Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and large closet SMART TV (Sleeps 2)

Bedroom 3 has 2 TWIN OVER FULL BUNK BEDS, Foosball table and arcade game. SMART TV (Sleeps 6-8)

8 beach passes included for 2024.

Beach chairs and wagon included.

We provide linens and bath towels, as well as start you with shampoo and soap.

Beautiful property, easy access to the beach. Great communication, easy check in. Such a beautiful stay, had a great time. Would definitely use this an air B and B again, and would recommend.

Our family had a great time. The kids enjoyed the games in their room. House was very clean, cozy, and in a central location. Robert was very responsive and we had a smooth stay. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again!

We were very comfortable in this Townhouse very spacious and clean. They provide beach chairs and tags. The just was available to answer all questions. Close to the boardwalk and shopping. Furnishings are lovely. We had a very nice stay and would do it again Thank You

We had a wonderful few days in this beautifully decorated immaculate home while in town for a wedding. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need. The beds were comfortable insuring a great night’s sleep, and the convenience of having beach tags and chairs was an added bonus for the short three hours we had to sneak to the beach. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and have provided many things that you may find you need. Thanks again for having us in your home!

The townhouse was so cute! The decor was great. The couch is so comfy! It was very clean. I traveled with 4 adults and 2 kids and it was very roomy. The kids loved their bunk bed room! The only reason I gave a 4 star on the description was because I thought there was only 1 toilet! I’m glad there were two! The host was quick to reply about a grill question. The walk was a quick 5 minutes to the boardwalk. I was thankful for the beach wagon and closet full of useful things! Would highly recommend this beautiful townhome!

We had a great stay. The house is clean and nicely furnished. Very comfortable beds and awesome couch. Providing linens and bath towels is a very nice touch. Good location in nice neighborhood.

The hosts were top notch, communication was impeccable, Check in and check out were a breeze, even let us check in early and check out late. Bedrooms, mattresses & couch were very comfortable. Location to the beach and boardwalk were stellar. Will 100% stay here again if we are to return to seaside!

Amazing luxury property at the Shore. Very clean and updated amenities. The kids room was loved by my teens and patio on the deck was a great place for coffee in the morning. Close to boardwalk and great restaurants. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great location!

Wonderful home close to everything in Seadide Hts. Walkable to beach and boardwalk. Everything needed for a great beach vacation including beach passes.

We had a great time. The place was clean, comfortable and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The host was friendly, responsive and made check-in a breeze. It is a beautiful home and it was peaceful and welcoming. We will absolutely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Probably one of the bests houses we have ever stayed at. Owner was super nice, very communicative. Would book again 100%. House is beautiful and not far from the beach. 10/10 loved it!!

Arildsens at the Beach

The accommodations were outstanding, and the host were friendly, very easy to contact, and helpful (as in a recommendation where to dine etc. ). We highly recommend and would enjoy revisiting this house.

It really was less than 10min walk to beach.It was clean and comfortable. One change I would make is the flat wear utensils were a strange shape. Also, there were only 4 spoons and they were 3 different sizes. So more tea spoons.The games in the bedroom were a nice touch. We all tried them. Brought back memories for my hubby and I playing Pac Man.The beds were pretty good. I didn't like that you couldn't open and blinds anywhere because the way the houses were stacked on top of each other there was no privacy. They were so sandwiched in.This property was a last minute for us. We had a sad occasion to attend and lived out of town. Since it was 3 nights it made more sense to get a house for us than a hotel. It was nice to spread out and have a washer and dryer as well as a kitchen. Since it was a death in the family it was nice to have out breakfast alone too. Instead of hotel.Would recommend you give it a try

Beautiful home

Updated, beautifully decorated home. Had all the beach and home essentials. Great kids room, comfy beds. Neighborhood was fine, only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that it was kind of a long walk to the beach. We definitely would stay here again.

Amazing Experience

Overall we had such a great time at this house. The homeowner was very communicative and helped out with any questions I had, and was also very accommodating. The house itself was also a great place to stay, would definitely recommend!

Senior day stay

The property was just as stated in the listing, newly remodeled and nicely decorated. Very comfortable and clean. Communication with the owner was easy and responded quickly when I had questions about anything. Would definitely stay here again.
