Both toilets were working properly — our team found a large amount of paper that had been flushed and caused a temporary blockage, which is clearly addressed in our house rules. As for your other comments, the furniture and décor are exactly as shown in the photos — clean, comfortable, and in great condition for a short-term rental. While we don’t advertise brand-new furnishings, everything is well maintained and regularly inspected. One missing lightbulb was replaced immediately. Cleanliness has always been one of our highest-rated categories from prior guests. We follow a detailed professional cleaning checklist before every stay, and our home consistently receives excellent reviews for comfort, organization, and presentation.
