When you enter this home, you'll find 1507sq ft of inviting, luxurious space to serve as a home base for your next beach vacation! On the first level, the living area offers ample space for lounging around before or after a day spent at the beach and provides a cozy queen size sleeper sofa with a flat screen smart TV. The open floor plan of the living, dining, and kitchen area allows you and your travel companions to move around freely without feeling cramped! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for creating delicious meals! Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig, both are provided. For your convenience, the first level also features a full bathroom. Outside the living room you'll find a large, covered porch perfect for enjoying a few drinks or chatting over an evening dinner!

On the second level, you'll find the master bedroom with a comfortable king bed and an en-suite master bath with a tile shower for you to retire to after a long day of soaking up the sun. Down the hall you will find the 2 guest bedrooms each featuring their own en-suite bathrooms with a tub/shower combo. Both of the guest bedrooms feature a plush queen bed. All bedrooms and the living room feature smart TVs with your favorite streaming apps!

The Summer Salt complex features a zero-entry resort style pool, an entertaining cabana, community fire pit and a putting green!

* PARKING RESTRICTION: There are 3 reserved parking spots under home. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have hairdryers; cleaning products; or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a starter set of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
