We stayed for one night. The place was very nice and clean. It’s on Mt Washington so lots of hills!! Depending on your arrival time, parking could be challenging.

We had a great time. The property was a perfect location to downtown and southside. The condo-was clean, beds were comfortable and only steps from Grandview Ave. communication with host was phenomenal. Many restaurants and a great Bakery close by and walkable. I will definitely stay here again

Our family had a great time in this great location. Short walk to food and transportation. Great back patio to chill on after a long day. Everything was as described. Would definitely recommend this place.

Superb Location and View

My mom, sister, and I, stayed here for a girls weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It has a beautiful view of the city, especially at night. It is walkable to bars and restaurants, and it was easy to jump in the car and take a 20-minute drive to just about anywhere we wanted to go. The host was great, and we had everything we needed. It was generally clean and comfortable, and I consider myself to be particular about cleanliness. We had a great time and would stay at Holly’s properties again if we are in the area!

Great location

The house has been renovated. They left a little of the character from being built in 1925 which was awesome. New couches would be good though. The neighborhood is very quaint with a couple restaurants nearby a beautiful view of Pittsburgh a block down the street. Street parking is a bit challenging so be patient.Overall, I would recommend others to stay here.
