Host was very friendly and helpful. I was only in town for one night to visit my son and just needed a place to sleep and shower. It was perfect for that. Had everything I needed. I would stay here again for sure.

2/10 Terrible

No le gustó: Limpieza, check-in, comunicación, ubicación y veracidad del anuncio
This host called me 5 days before my stay with a lie forcing me to cancel my reservation saying he had to pause renting due to damage in another unit. He called me instead of communicating through the app so he could not be at fault and had nothing in writing. The listing was never taken down or marked as unavailable but instead listed for more money than we paid. Thankfully VRBO was extremely helpful in the refund process. Just beware!

Weekend trip

Cute neighborhood, felt very safe during our stay. This apartment was perfect for our family of 4 on a weekend trip. Host was very responsive to texts when we had issues with the VRBO app right before we checked in.

Great location and quaint place

Eric, was very easy to reach and responsive...the coffee maker broke in the am, he had a new one there in the afternoon. Responsive to all questions and needs....place was beyond nice for the price. I would definitely stay here again when back in town.

Location, location, location!

Great location- felt safe within the property and the surrounding community. Enjoyed walking and browsing High Street, breakfast at Katalina’s (must do!) and the quaintness of this neighborhood. Property as described and met my needs.

Great location

We stayed one night and it met all of our needs. It’s an old Victorian house so it has some quirks but the apartment was clean and nicely furnished. Eric was having issues with the VRBO app but he always answered his phone or text messages when we needed him. We would stay again!

Great lodation

We were in Columbus for a volleyball tournament and the location was close to the Convention Center and there were so many places to eat. The accommodations were great for my friend and i. There were utensils for cooking and a coffeemaker, so we had breakfast every morning. Beds were comfortable. Awesome neighborhood! I'd stay here again should we come back to Columbus.
