Beautiful Victorian building in the Short North filled with plenty of nightlife, restaurants, cafes, and art galleries. The apartment has free wifi, laundry, tv with Netflix and a full kitchen. Parking is on the street for additional fee or there is free parking within 1-2 blocks.

College friends Gathering in Cbus

Great location in Short North. Close to everything. Very good accommodations for one night stay with 3 adults. Would consideration staying there again when in the Columbus area.

Great location

Me and my friends had a great time staying here. It’s in a really good location near high street and other restaurants in the area. The apartment was clean and Eric was helpful when it came to communication.

nice spot for a short stay!

My brother and I stayed one night and this location was perfect for our needs! It's small, but sufficient. It's close to everything and parking wasn't bad at all.

Weekend trip

Cute neighborhood, felt very safe during our stay. This apartment was perfect for our family of 4 on a weekend trip. Host was very responsive to texts when we had issues with the VRBO app right before we checked in.

Great location and quaint place

Eric, was very easy to reach and responsive...the coffee maker broke in the am, he had a new one there in the afternoon. Responsive to all questions and needs....place was beyond nice for the price. I would definitely stay here again when back in town.

Exactly what we were looking for

Affordable and perfectly located! Eric was a very responsive, wonderful host. We were able to walk or bird to all the excitement of the short north in just minutes. Great area, we will definitely stay again

Great location

We stayed one night and it met all of our needs. It’s an old Victorian house so it has some quirks but the apartment was clean and nicely furnished. Eric was having issues with the VRBO app but he always answered his phone or text messages when we needed him. We would stay again!

Cozy 1 bedroom close to downtown Columbus

Perfect 1 bedroom apartment to stay for overnight stays close to downtown Columbus. Stayed here for a weekend volleyball tournament for my son at the Convention Center. Host was very gracious and helpful.

Location, location, location!

Great location- felt safe within the property and the surrounding community. Enjoyed walking and browsing High Street, breakfast at Katalina’s (must do!) and the quaintness of this neighborhood. Property as described and met my needs.

Great Victorian charm

Travelled to Columbus with soon who is planning on moving here. Was a check it out and see visit. The stay was awesome. Walkable to towns Main Street. He loves all of it. Amazing city. Place was clean , easy to park Had its old charm. Very helpful and easy to communicate to. Would recommend when in Columbia

Walkable location

Location was great. Easy walk to restaurants/bars. Would be nice to be able to cast to the tv from a smartphone. The screen mirroring on the tv didn’t work for us.

Good space, great stay

Overall this was a great place to stay. We could walk to OSU, downtown, and short north easily. We found free parking just a couple blocks away (use the Columbus parking info site and it makes it easier). The host had good communication and the place was exactly as described. It's a fairly quiet neighborhood, and although the kitchen is pretty tiny, the bathroom and living room areas had ample space for our group. We'd definitely consider staying again.

Convenient

The apartment made me feel like a resident of Columbus. I could walk to restaurants in about 10 minutes and drove about 5-10 minutes to the gym and grocery stores. Will stay again next time I visit.

OSU visit

Really enjoyed our stay here while visiting our son at Ohio State. Convenient location close to campus and high street. the place was as advertised, clean and quiet. Communication with Eric was a breeze and he answered all of my questions promptly. Would highly recommend renting this place if you are visiting campus or want to check out all of the restaurants and bars on High Street. Will definitely book this place again on our next visit! Bill

Perfect Apartment in the heart of Columbus!

Perfect location for anyone looking to go to conventions at the Greater Columbus convention center as it is not too far of a walk from there. There are many resturants and bars around the location with a grocery store down the road all within walking distance for any necessites needed. Eric is also a very knowledgeable and patient host and will answer any questions and concerns you have about the location. I highly recommend this location to anyone traveling from out of town and looking for a nice area to check out. Lots of restaurants, scenic neighborhood, and a wonderful host is more than anyone can ask for. If I travel through Columbus again, I will be looking into renting the same place from Eric as he is a wonderful host.

Quiet and close to campus

Great lil place for an overnight stay! Was pleasantly surprised to find coffee + filters in the cabinets! Not sure if we just lucked out by someone leaving it or if it’s always stocked, but I wish every VRBO would do this! The owner was quick to respond/solve the issue of no toilet paper(an oops from a new cleaning lady). Only suggestion is to bring your own pillows! We will stay here again when visiting our Buckeye 😊

Not very good

When we got to the apartment All of the bedding needed to be cleaned There was hair all over the took me an hour to clean the place before we could settle in and it took from 9 o'clock till midnight to clean all the bedding before we can go to sleep. The washing machine was extremely loud. Not a good experience would not stay there again
