Great place to stay

The place was very nice, very clean and well stocked with all the amenities you would need. The host was very responsive whenever I sent them a message. I highly recommend this place.

Highly recommend. Peaceful, no traffic, clean, organized, great communication with manager of property, beds comfortable with pillows and blankets provided if needed, will stay there again when in fort smith.

Thanksgiving with family

We enjoyed this cozy home while visiting family for the holidays. The location is convenient, and the home is well equipped. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen worked well for our needs. The hosts were super-responsive.

Great Place

We loved the house! Very cute and quaint in a good neighborhood. We didn’t have any WiFi information readily available and we didn’t have any directions on what to do before checking out. It had everything we needed during our stay.

The property was nice. The only complaint I have is that there was a sink full of mop water with pinesol left and the order was very strong the first night and into the second day. I did love that there were fans in every room because forgot mine. All in all a very nice stay. The host was responsive and we didn’t have any issues getting into the property.

The owner changed the house we were to stay in due to a issue. the new place wasnt as modern but was clean and not terribly far from where we wanted

Nice House Inside

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is clean inside, but if you want to use the backyard you may be disappointed. It needed mowing, bad, lots of debris from dead tree leaning over the house, lots of poison ivy on the fence and the property. The house was nice, but the yard needs work.
