Southold Waterfront with Boat Dock, Boat Ramp, Hot Tub & Beaches

Enjoy the beauty of Long Island's North Fork right here at our vacation house in Southold. Enjoy fabulous water views, boating, beautiful beaches, hiking, bicycling, discover wine country and so much more! Summer stays go from Sunday to Sunday or you can visit on weekends all other times of the year.
Our waterfront vacation home has a beautifully situated outdoor hot tub (on year-round), a large deck overlooking the water, a large flat yard, a waterside fire pit/patio with firewood provided, an outdoor shower, a park style charcoal grill, a gas grill and a quiet front porch for relaxing. Inside there are 3 full baths (a Jacuzzi in one of them), 4 large bedrooms, a fully stocked and beautiful kitchen and an open floor plan, WiFi, central air conditioning and a gas fireplace. The upstairs master bedroom has an outdoor veranda which overlooks the water. There’s plenty of room!
You can hang out on the deck and have a family BBQ. Play yard games or go for a ride on your boat right from the floating dock. If you bring your boats or watercrafts you can use the boat ramp that is right in the back yard. Feel free to use our kayaks, canoes, stand up paddle board or paddle boat.
The house is also located on a private gravel road with literally no traffic. You can rest assured that you and your children can safely walk to the beautiful bathing beach which is a short block away. Not only can you relax while watching the boats going by, but you will also find the most amazing shells of all kinds. Your kids can safely play and explore the beauty of all Southold has to offer!

Great place in Southold

We were a group of 8 friends on the North Fork for a weekend of vineyard visits, etc.. Love this place as it was on the water and had kayaks to use. House was great and everyone loved it!

Beautiful property and location

Lovely family home with everything you need on the water and only a short walk to the beach. We all enjoyed the kayaks and fire pit. Plenty of room for everyone. Remember to take your own towels.

Great stay!

Got away for a girls weekend and this was perfect. It was close to wineries, and a short Uber away to Greenport. The house was comfortable, clean, and private with enough space for all 8 of us. The outside was also beautiful- right on the water. Highly recommend!!

Great place on the water

This was a great place on the water that was able to perfectly accommodate 4 couples and a baby. Mike’s place was in a location that allows you to enjoy everything the North Fork has to offer.

Amazing stay for a wine weekend

Second year staying at this beautiful property for our annual Long Island wine weekend. We loved this property so much, we had to stay again! Gorgeous waterfront views, clean spacious home with all the amenities. Close to our favorite winery Sparkling Pointe! Absolutely perfect!

Great NoFo House Option

Great spot for a long weekend with a larger group, we were able to fit 9 very comfortably. Nice location right on the water and close to Greenport and the wineries. Wish we could’ve stayed longer to use the kayaks/paddle board and fire pit. Overall highly recommend!

Cozy, clean, joyful gathering spot for friends or family

Peconic bay paradise

Our second year in this wonderful property mike is a terrific host. If you can't enjoy yourself here you probably need a psychiatrist.

Great stay

We stayed here for a 50th girls bday weekend. The house was lovely and clean. Everything was perfect my only issue was some rooms were quite chilly and some rooms were quite warm. I highly rec this property. It was the coldest weekend in a long time and it was amazing. I can only imagine how amazing it would be in the summer as it is on the water.

Well located 4 bedroom house on Cedar Beach Creek

Well stocked house with outside jacuzzi tub, kayaks, gas grill, more than ample beds, baths and kitchen utensils. A.C. worked well. Kitchen and dining area were very useful. Need to provide non-plastic (real) dinnerware and cups/glasses for the price point for this house. Lack of cable tv was inconvenient. Owner very helpful with communication and check in and check out process excellent.

Girls Weekend

We had a wonderful time. The home and grounds were beautiful, exactly as pictured. Mike was wonderful to work with. I would recommend this home to anyone. We were six girls and had a great time!

Spectacular annual friend reunion

Great space and fantastic location for family and friends to gather. Indoor and outdoor space are ideal for games, meals and general hanging. Perfect kitchen space, dinning area and living room with TV and fireplace. Lots of sleeping space - and new added loft and bathroom were great. Outdoor space with deck, hot tub and firepit is perfect - and right on the pond.

Another amazing stay!

My girlfriends and I had to go back and visit this gem. This time we had the most glorious weather. We sat by the water with our wine, and took long walks on the beach. We headed in to Greenport and checked out First and South along with Noah's. Both fantastic places to visit. This house has everything you need and more. We will keep coming back for sure.

Awesome girls' weekend!

This house was absolutely perfect for a ladies weekend. We had plenty of room to spread out and the house was supplied with everything you need. Having 3 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower made it all the more perfect! Outside the fire pit was great and there was plenty of wood. We loved the hot tub and obviously the beautiful waterfront with kayaks ready to go. We were eight ladies and we cannot wait to go back.

Sisters Weekend

This house and its surrounding area are even more beautiful than it appears in the owners pictures! There were six of us sisters celebrating a birthday. The house is very spacious. Local wineries are within ten minutes from the house. Walking to and along the nearby beach was great as well.

EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS

This location delivered against everything listed and more. Dock for boat, water toys and central to all NOFO. We hosted my parents and cousins. A very special family get together spot. We biked to the vineyards and boated the Peconic Bay. Thank you Mike for all. We will be back and highly recommend!

Lovely, spacious house

We stayed at this property just for one night after an extended family Christmas Day celebration on the North Fork. It was just what we wanted. There was plenty of space for my husband and I and our three adult sons to relax, and the four bedrooms were all capacious and very comfortable. We just used the kitchen for morning coffee and bagels, but noted that it was very well stocked! The fireplaces in the living room and master were a big plus at this time of year! The waterfront views were stunning.
