Excellent place for all ages

This property was in a very clean, safe and nice neighborhood. The apartment was cozy and clean. Very good for 2 seniors with an excellent walk-in shower. Located on the first floor with just a few steps inside the building entrance. Very easy walk to the Metro. Wonderful restaurant (Otis@12) almost next door!

Great location & cute rental.

We loved the convenient location to my daughter’s college. The rental was super clean & cute. There was an issue with the noise from upstairs renters, but when contacted the owner it was addressed. The beds were not comfortable but everything was clean and included what we needed for our stay. The parking was a little tricky, there was 2 off street parking spots on a first come basis, but the two cars that were parked in them never left the entire 5days we were there. Overall, we had a great stay.

Relaxing time

My daughter and I came here for her 32nd birthday. We relaxed, walked to get our nails done, went to a great Indian restaurant and had Jerk delivered later that night.

Great place for when in DC

My friend and I stayed there while visiting DC for a conference. The place is located very close to the train station, which made commuting into DC extremely easy. It is located close to a grocery store and a CVS as well. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen and living areas were also very cozy. It was an overall great experience!

Graduation Trip

The apartment was great. It was clean and the description online was accurate. There are 2 bedrooms and a futon in the living room. Downside, the futon was very uncomfortable. I’m not sure if the people upstairs were there for a trip or long term tenants, but they were loud late into the night. The road is busy and you will hear traffic noise, but it was not terrible and did not interrupt our sleep. When we could get 1 of the 2 reserved spots it was great. Moving the car every 2 hours was quite annoying. The check in was weird. I could not access any links that were sent until they sent the link by text message. I did have to reach out to them for check in instructions and I never received check out instructions. The apartment is located within a walking distance to many restaurants, the bus station, and the train station Again great place and if/when I come back to the area, I will check for availability before booking elsewhere.
