We loved the cabin. The place was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the views were amazing. Donny was always available to us. The photos don't do the place justice. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very cute cottage on Green Bay. Had everything our family needed for cooking, canoeing and relaxing. Questions were answered quickly during our stay. Enjoyed our time there.

A Wonderful Place to Relax and Reconnect with Nature

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It is in a quiet location, nestled in the woods, with a view across the bay. If you want to just get away from it all, a stay at this property comes highly recommended.

Nice weekend

Spent a long weekend....nice campfires and fires in the fireplace. Great walleye fish fry at nearby golf course and another great dinner at DockSid3 restaurant

Nice week

Stayed a week for anniversary. Liked the quiet and privacy, as well as the nearby quiet restaurants we visited. For more excitement and fancier restaurants, green bay is only 25 minutes away.

Beautiful Property

Amazing property on the water- the pictures of the listing don’t do justice! I’ve stayed at many rentals and this is by far one of my favorites I have been to and I want to go back! There were some really bad storms so we ended up losing power for over a day but that didn’t even matter! Everything was well stocked, clean and just such beautiful views! We stayed three nights and did not want to leave.

Calming, peaceful atmosphere

This was a quiet and peaceful get - away. We came "home" each night to a great view of the lake, lots of bird songs, and quiet time on the deck. Judging by the number of small boats with people fishing most times of day, this rental would be perfect for families who love to fish, and fishing get-aways!

Awesome Spot

This is a really special spot. Right on the bay and a great jumping off point for fishing. It is centrally located on the western shore and very close to several boat ramps. Relaxing here after fishing all day was truly enjoyable. Communicating with the host was very easy and effective. When I came back to the bay, I will be staying here!

Great escape from the Texas heat

The property surpassed our expectations based upon the photos provided, without a doubt one of the best VRBO properties we have stayed at so far. Communication with the property owner was exceptional and any issues and/or questions were answered promptly. As a Wisconsin native (now retired military in Texas) it was good to visit the town of Oconto and the surrounding area. The towns people were very friendly and the staff at The Dockside (phenomenal food and drinks) offered many recommendations at my request. Overall a great place to stay and can see why there are many return customers to this home.
