Beautifully located villa which is spotlessly maintained. The views from the property are spectacular and the outside space is perfect for relaxation and recharging the batteries.

Such a beautiful property, very well designed so that none of the four properties overlook each other. The villa had everything you needed and everything was clean and fresh.Certainly ticked all our boxes for a relaxing end to our holiday and wouldn't hesitate recommending it - the views were also amazing!

Absolutely amazing property with the best views you can wish for when waking up and sitting by pool in the evening. So quiet and Villa was kept clean every day with fresh towels and everything was so well thought of. We would 100% recommend to anyone as so close to walk to the main harbour for restaurants and only 14 taxi to the amazing Old Town. Thank you for a wonderful holiday where we shared our Anniversary and husbands birthday

Excellent Villa, beautiful view

This is a brand new villa development with 4 villas, they are very well finished although a little smaller than they appeared in the listing however we were very impressed with the overall offering and would happily book again. It was a 15 minute walk into town and there are a couple of restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The outdoor area looks onto a small harbour and it's a superb spot for a morning coffee.

Exceptional accommodation and welcome

This stay was our absolute favourite in all of our stops around Greece. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, incredibly carefully designed with stunning attention to detail. The service from Dina is amazing, like staying in a 5 star hotel but with absolute privacy. The views over Votsi bay speak for themselves and it was amazing to have so many brilliant restaurants in walking distance. We are desperate to come back!

This home was so much more than a beautiful place to stay — it became a huge part of what made our time on Alonissos so unforgettable.Perched above the breathtaking Votsi bay, surrounded by green and overlooking turquoise-blue water and dramatic cliffs, the setting is almost impossible to put into words. The terrace was our absolute favorite place — morning coffee while watching the sunrise, a little dip in the pool, listening to the birds and the wind in the trees, and evenings simply sitting outside taking it all in.We honestly loved the house so much that some days we barely wanted to leave. You can walk down to the bay for a morning swim, and the location is perfect for exploring the island, but what made it truly special was that we never felt like we needed to go anywhere.This home somehow captures the feeling of Alonissos perfectly — the sea, the green landscape, the quiet, the breeze and the incredible sense of peace. It gave us a place to slow down, breathe again, reconnect with each other and with nature, and simply be present.One of the most special stays we’ve ever had and a place we will remember for a very long time.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana fantastica in questa struttura meravigliosa, pulita quotidianamente con vista spettacolare sulla baia di Votzi.Silenziosissima, unico rumore quello delle cicale e del mare. Immersa nel verde di pini marittimi e piante aromatiche e decorative. Esperienza indimenticabile che ha reso la nostra vacanza migliore. La consigliamo vivamente.

We stayed in Yelkouan which is the property advertised as sea view on Vrbo. This one is slightly down the hill and the best positioned of the two smaller villas in my opinion (better views a more privacy). Villa gets full sun in morning and shade after about 4pm. Votsi itself is everything we wanted- quiet and tranquil and BEAUTIFUL and with several decent restaurants within walking distance. The villa was excellently appointed (although we did miss a dishwasher and washing machine) and the cleaner was both excellent in her attention to detail and discreet, never intruding when we were in. Her towel origami is impressive! The ferries were delayed (due to a storm) and chaotic on our journey in which was a shame but Sofia was very kind and waited for us to arrive. Votsi is not far from Patitiri so it was very easy once we arrived in Alonissos. You will need a car to get around and would advise a small one as streets are narrow and twisting. A number of decent if not cheap supermarkets within minutes of driving (and also some smaller ones you can walk to). Would highly recommend - you won’t be disappointed! Oh and the beeping sound that goes on all night is an owl!

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten absolut traumhafte Tage in einer der Villen. Die Lage, der Blick, die Ausstattung inkl. Pool sowie der Service durch Dina. Alles war einfach perfekt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Traumhafte Lage!!!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in einem der schönsten Ferienhäuser, welche wir je besucht haben. Traumhafte Lage an der Bucht von Votsi. Die Ausstattung und besonders der Pool lassen keine Wünsche offen. Besinders zu erwähnen ist Dina die "gute Fee"...sie war nahezu täglich da um sich um Ordnung und Sauberkeit zu kümmern. Selbst die Betten hat sie liebevoll jeden Tag gemacht. Sehr diskret aber mit Liebe zum Detail. Wir können dies zu 100% ohne Bedenken jedem empfehlen.
