beautiful horse barn in the heart of horse country. We have prime views of the farm
which is located in the center of the Bourbon Trail. 5 min to great restaurants in Midway!
Pony Point is 12 mins to The Kentucky Horse Park, 25 mins to Keenland, and Ark is 50
mins. Stabling/turnout available. We offer horse experiences/workshops/clinics through

The stay was so excellent we are planning our next stay. We came to go to Keenland Race Track. Next time we are coming to stay here only. Best VRBO I have ever stayed in and we have traveled all over the world

Friendly and helpful staff. Easy drive to the Ky Horse Park & Midway restaurants. Comfortable beds and nice showers. The lodgings and grounds are just as nice as the photos. Would stay again in a heartbeat!Nikki

Gillian’s property was beautiful, right in the heart of horse country. The apartment we stayed in had everything we needed, including a private balcony overlooking the miniature horse stalls.Great spot for our Kentucky horse vacation. Gillian was a most gracious host.

Ponies were an adorable addition to our trip to see family. I was impressed that the space smelled like ponies in only a good way. Barn manager was very friendly. We definitely want to return.

Gillian’s property was over the top. This was one of the nicest places we have had the pleasure of staying and that’s if the VRBO was a stand alone. This was with family of 7 comfortably accommodated. But throw in the fact that you’re staying at a working horse farm and it made the whole experience pretty incredible! The accommodations were very well kept and very nice. We are already hoping we make it back one day!

Great place to stay

We were in town for the Kentucky 3 day event and had a wonderful trip. The location was perfect. The accommodations were fantastic and the atmosphere was beautiful. I highly recommend this place and look forward to staying here in the future.

Excellent in every way!

Stunning property, well stocked, extremely clean and comfortable! We had a great time here! Having a balcony view of the Peace Ponies was such a treat! Highly recommend!

Our group of 6 adults stayed here for a weekend at the track. The place is clean, spacious and had more than enough room to accommodate us all. The beds were comfortable and rooms were a good size. If you can, make it a point to catch the sunrise, it is simply stunning. Make arrangements to visit the horses as well! The host were friendly and helpful with ideas on where places to dine. We would definitely stay here again.

Family fun

Ideally located in horse country but within easy driving distance to local attractions, great restaurants, and services. From the cats that met us on the deck in the morning to the horses and staff, everything came together to make our stay the perfect family getaway.

Beautiful and roomy property

This was a beautiful and unique place to stay. Horses right near the unit and a clean and beautifully decorated apartment. The owners are on site and very friendly and welcoming.

Very Nice Getaway

The accommodations were great, and we enjoyed our stay on the horse farm. The lodging was perfect for our family. The rooms were nice, the kitchen was spacious, and the location providing a relaxing environment. The hosts made the stay nice as well, as we were able to interact some with them but also had plenty of privacy. Would recommend!

10 out of 10 would stay again

We loved the location, clean and spacious rooms, seeing the horses and ponies, and everything about our stay. Everyone was friendly and responded quickly and kindly when we needed something. We usually like to try new places, but we would come back here again!
