The views are amazing from all sides of the condo. It was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with some available condiments, coffee, etc. I would highly recommend this condo and we will be back again and again. The communication with the owners was very fast and always so willing to help and answer questions. They also had a list of restaurants that I really appreciated their insight. Highly recommend!

Love the property and amenities. Great location and the beach is literally steps away.Lots of entertainment in the area. Good for families. I would recommend checking this property out and see for yourself.

Not only was the location fantastic but the condo was immaculate! Views of both the ocean and the bay, and the hosts made sure we had everything we needed. Instructions from check-in to check-out were detailed, which made our trip seamless. I would highly recommend this place to others!!

This was the first time we’ve stayed at this unit. It will certainly not be the last one. Great place! Beautiful views. Spacious accommodations. The hosts were very friendly and receptive to our needs and they demonstrated rarely seen hospitality! The only thing that would have made it better would have been bigger waves. I don’t think the hosts could do anything about that, though.

Larry and Becki are wonderful hosts. Their condo is beautiful and we had a great vacation. We had a couple of hiccups during our stay (no fault of the host) which they helped us through. Excellent communication. We can't say enough good things about the hosts and the property. Happy travels to Florida!

Wonderful location! Comfy beds, lots of room to relax. Very clean, incredible sunsets and sun rises- a view in every room!Proximity to beach and pool was great! (Even provided beach chairs and kids toys!)Close to lots of restaurants and activities - beds were very comfy and clean. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful views - Gulf of Mexico and Clearwater HarborSpacious accommodations, clean and comfy.Host was quick to answer all questions.Easy walking distance to strip mall up the street. Fantastic restaurant - Columbia, Al and Stella and BlackwaterQuick Mart shopping Clothing - souvenir tshirt store and high end shoppingSunrise and sunsets are out of this world Private beach- very quiet and spacious

Everything was perfect! Clean, well equipped, nicely decorated, and fantastic views in all directions. Even the weather cooperated with beautiful sunrises and sunsets! Highly recommend!

Great Family Vacation

Amazing beach and condo. The perfect place to watch the sun set in style. My family enjoyed everything about our stay.

This condo is a home run. 1. Location: The Sand Key area is very residential with great sidewalks, very convenient to the Belleair Causeway and all the stores in the Bluffs. 2; Structure; The Crescent Beach Resort has 2 great buildings, excellent security and all the amenities you'd come to expect. 3. Unit: All the light you'd could possibly want, a very nice layout tastefully decorated. 4.Landlord: responsive, reasonable; a joy to work with.

Perfect Location

Great place with loads of room. Great views from every room of the gulf and the intercoastal. It was everything we were looking for in our 10 days stay :-)

Great stay in Sand Key

Condo was beautiful and accommodations were as noted on VRBO. Hosts do a fabulous job making sure guests feel welcome and have what they need for a fun, relaxed vacation. Would definitely book again!

Excellent Stay

Beautiful condo, excellent location. A true home away from home. The owners are very communicative with any concerns and responsive to your needs. Highly recommend this rental. Come enjoy your stay!

Perfect Family Beach Retreat

Our stay at this condo was absolutely wonderful! The ocean views were stunning, and the condo was well-maintained. We loved the comfortable beds and the huge couch, which made our stay even more relaxing. The sandy beaches and clear, calm ocean waves were perfect for our children, and the fact that it wasn't crowded made it feel like our own private paradise.

We loved our stay at this large two bedroom condo! The condo was well furnished, comfortable, secure, and has great views of the Gulf and the bay. It is easy walking distance to a few great restaurants, and CB druve

Family vacation

We had an amazing stay here. The location was perfect. The place was clean, spacious, and had beautiful views. Check-in was hassle-free. Communication was swift and helpful. The Tate family seem like really great people and their vacation condo is perfect if you’re looking for a safe and friendly space to bring your family. We fully intend on staying again.

Fabulous stay

Pictures don’t do the views in this condo justice—just beautiful from sunrise to sunset! It was extremely clean and the communication with the owners was fantastic. We stayed with our family of 5 and had plenty of room. Would definitely book here again, thank you!

Amazing beach front vacation experience

This property is amazing!! If you have a chance to stay here DO IT. The view is unbelievable, the location is perfect, the condo is clean and beautifully furnished, and the hosts are organized and responsive to any questions or concerns. There are restaurants within walking distance and you can grab groceries if you’d prefer at nearby stores. This was truly a one-of-a-kind property and we can’t wait to be back!
