We’ve visited two summers in a row and it’s wonderful, the bedding is so comfortable, the home has everything you could want, it’s fully stocked, and a bonus is the location, you can walk into town.

This property was everything we wanted & more. It’s a perfect location! It’s the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever rented, as well as very comfortable beds. The owner was beyond easy to work with & responded quickly to texts. Highly recommend for a family vacation!

We loved our stay! There were so many luxurious details that made it incredible. The entire experience was easy and staying there helped make our time in SV more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was immaculately clean and the location truly cannot be beat. Being within short walking distance to both the town center and the main gondola made our trip incredibly easy and convenient.The home was exceptionally well-equipped; it had everything we could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to general amenities. The hosts were also wonderful—communication was seamless, and they were very quick to respond whenever we had a question.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect mountain getaway!

Great townhome!

This townhome is so beautiful! The location is so convenient to the slopes and it is an easy to walk to Ketchum for dinner. I would stay here again!

This is a beautiful and comfortable property in a great location to ski Bald Mountain. Kitchen is excellent and well stocked, private hot tub is so convenient just two steps from the door, and bedrooms with private bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. And the walk to the ski area base was quick and easy. Curt and Nichole are great hosts. They made check in a snap, were very responsive, and provided very useful info for our visit to Sun Valley. Highly recommend this property.

Great place within Walking Distance

Perfect condo for a family. Within walking distance of both River Run and downtown Ketchum! Great communication and easy checkin / checkout process. Would definitely stay here again!

The host, Curtis, was amazing. He was very communicative and welcoming. The townhouse is incredible! Very clean, all the amenities you need, comfortable beds, and the hot tub after a long day on the slopes was perfect! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. We will be back! 10/10.

Wonderful communications with owner. Unit is beautifully appointed and the kitchen is well equipped. And the beds, pillows were so comfy. It’s walking distance to town and bald mountain and bike trail.

Well appointed. Convenient location. Responsive hosts. Some mishaps with cleaning. Not truly slope access ski-in/ski-out. Plan an 8-10 minute walk to gondola/lifts.

Sadly, we finally found the thrifty traveler looking to shake down a 5-star host (40 perfect reviews don’t lie!) for an “accommodation” by claiming the absurd (you know the type…) We have NEVER advertised “ski-in/ski-out” because - news flash! - there is no such thing in Sun Valley! Our home is meticulously maintained, well stocked including fine wine and coffee, squeaky clean, an advertised 5-7 minute walk to the lodge, and has created lasting memories for countless families, many of whom return year after year to our home, the “Wood River Retreat”.

Wonderful Spot Walking Distance to Everything!

Absolutely loved this spot. As advertised and more! Even in winter easy walk to the base of the slopes. Hot tub was wonderfully relaxing. Beds were comfortable and towels and other touches were upscale. Would stay again for sure - thanks!!

Girl's Trip

This was a beautiful townhome! Between the furnishings, towels and bed linens, everything was high-end. Even the kitchen was really well appointed, which pleased the chefs in our group. We would highly recommend this property!
