BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Condo was beautiful and well furnished with everything you need to live. Did have a problem with the ice maker in the refrigerator but service was sent out to resolve issues. Still had problems with it but not a big deal.

Very nice condo! Clean and no issues with the property! Staff at the property was always warm and welcoming!!! Had great new access to the beach which was amazing! Loved being able to rinse off after getting off the beach! Will be staying there again!!!!

This clean, updated property was perfectly suited for our family of four. Check in was seamless with ample parking both in the lot and in the covered parking (unmarked spots only) We were grateful for the various carts available on the ground floor to get all of our items in one trip. The balcony views were amazing. We were able to spot dolphins and sting rays on several different mornings. Two things we noticed was the garbage disposal wasn't working and there was no hair dryer. Someone came to repair the garbage disposal before we even reached out to let someone know it wasnt working which was great. We did contact the host regarding the hair dryer and we were told that someone would bring one but they never did. It wasn't a big deal. The older gentleman that worked security was very helpful. We ran into him several times and he provided helpful information regarding parking and wristbands. The location was great for walking to Pier 33 and Bahama Bob's. We also walked down to The Hangout several evenings (it took about 30 minutes) and enjoyed the live music and walking back on thr beach. We all loved it and hope to return!
