Enjoy a relaxed mountain stay at Nicky’s Resort, a riverfront property set along Fall River just minutes from downtown Estes Park and the Fall River entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. This lower-level Hotel King room offers a comfortable, updated space with added privacy and quiet.

This upper-level room features one king bed and warm, mountain-inspired décor. The room includes a Roku TV for streaming, fast Wi-Fi, and a Keurig coffee maker.

Nicky’s Resort is a small, classic Estes Park riverfront retreat with just 22 refreshed rooms, offering a laid-back alternative to large hotels. Nice location for a stay. The room was clean and tidy. Towels were fresh and the coffee maker was stocked nicely. The national park is basically right in the front yard. There is also a nice restaurant on property.

Based on the area this place is hard to beat for the price. The Wapiti Pub which is on the property is a great post RMNP place to grab good food and a drink! I will be blunt and say we only used the unit to rest and clean up for our outdoor adventures and it was more than accommodating.

Its a good location to access Rocky Mountain National Park. Flooring was not finished, it was also squishy to walk on. We saw a few bugs and not clean. If you enjoy a more rustic, outdoorsy feel you will enjoy.

The place needs some updating, but we were there for just a night. Sliding screen door doesn’t slide, hard to open. Need better communication when we arrive had to call about code we didn’t receive. Called and was helped by a very helpful and kind young lady!! They were very easy to get ahold of!!!Great spot!!

Great location

We just needed a place close to RMNP entrance for an easy drive into the park for a 4am start to catch the sunrise at Sprague Lake and this place provided that for us.

The room was clean, and cutely decorated with the cabin theme and the surrounding area. They provided coffee and plenty of towels. Also plenty of bedding to keep warm. Easy to get to town, very short distance without being tight in town. Lots of wildlife sightings!Highly recommend.

Visiting Texans

They property was very nice and loved the location. The room was smaller than we liked but it was clean and we were grateful we could access the room from the back and not have to tote bags up the stairs. We enjoyed sitting outside and taking in the cool weather. It was a very nice stay.

Great Experience At Nicky's Resort in Estes Park, CO

We will definitely be back to Nick's Resort! Great remodeled rooms with a charming setup. The restaurant in the parking lot was a winner as well!! The only complaint that we have was on the VRBO side where they booked us in separate rooms over two nights and didn't notify us.

Wonderful location

The location was absolutely amazing!! The property itsself needs some attention. Pool was not kept up and our room had light bulbs out. Needs a good deep clean.

The room was reasonably clean, but could use some updates (especially the shower/tub and the air conditioning unit). Also, the exterior of the property seemed rundown. The most disappointing aspect was the fact that a pool was advertised, but was closed and looked like it has been for a very long time. That should be rectified in the listing. All this said, the location on the river was a plus.
