Great for families and large groups

Big Rock Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was very warm and welcoming when we arrived. The house was very spacious and was perfect for a big group. Each bedroom has their own bathroom which was wonderful. House rules were easy to find via a QR code. Had not read anywhere prior that there were no storage type bowls or ziplock bags which was fine. We grabbed some in town for leftovers. Also bring paper towels as they only allow one roll per visit. The house is beautiful and everything is well done and easy to work. Would definitely stay there again.

The home had every accommodation that we needed, right down to having all of the appliances in the kitchen. The kids loved the game room and there were tons of toys and books for them in the bunk room to play with. We needed an extra space for my toddler to sleep in his little bed, and one of the bedrooms upstairs has a huge walk in closet for an air mattress or pack n play! The only thing that we needed but did not have were fans to help the air flow at night. Other than that, the house was very comfortable and we very much enjoyed our stay!

Perfect for a large gathering, every room is an en-suite with king bed! Great communication from host. They addressed our issue right away when the BBQ wasn't working. The home was stunning, plentiful seating, outdoor areas were wonderful. Kitchen is fully stocked with spices and some baking and cooking ingredients. Three sinks in the kitchen! It was just a wonderful property with Ponderosa Pine scent on the breeze. We would love to stay there again.

Perfect spot for a family vacation

We stayed here with our family and our friends. There were 4 kids, all under 4, and 4 adults. It was a blast. We hiked down the backyard to the creek. We played with the water table and scooters in driveway and went to the park. There were TONS of toys in the house that kept those boys busy and the house was fully stocked. We will definitely make this an annual trip!

Stunning Mountain Getaway

This relatively new home is gorgeous and was the perfect place to celebrate two birthdays with our grown family and their young children. The home is very cozy with large bedrooms, each with beautiful private baths. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely fireplace, a Sonos system, and an incredible game room in the garage (which we took full advantage of). It has a wonderful back patio, fire pit, and hot tub that we all enjoyed even though our visit was in November. We hope to visit again in the summer. Nice big house, does not sleep 14 adults.

Overall a good property. House needs attention in the sense of cleanliness and maintenance. Visibly dirty carpets, multiple light bulbs out, alarm going off at all hours for NO REASON.

Amazing 3 night trip

We had male and female knitting friends from all over the country come to Seattle. Instead of doing the normal Seattle things, we wanted to get away to the mountains. This place was perfect for the 7 of us. It had everything we needed and each person/couple got their own bathroom. The neighborhood was quiet and we loved seeing the family of deer come by every morning. It was perfect for our situation and we only left the house once to eat in Rosyln and go to the lake. We already said we may book next year if we don't head the other way to the ocean instead.

Herr are some positives about this house: It was nice to have 5 bedrooms and each had a bathroom. That was great for each of our adult children and their spouse. Our grandchildren enjoyed the toys found in toy closet in the bunk room. And the adults enjoyed the game room after the kids went to bed! However there are some negatives about our stay at this house. There is no backyard or front yard for littles to play in or to set up corn hole etc. It was not too clean. Each of our adult children complained about hair found in their beds on the sheets. Hair was also found elsewhere. Yuk. Very disappointed. There were cobwebs on the wall. The carpets were stained and needed shampooing. The furniture in the living room was stained and in very poor shape. Not comfortable. The bar stools in very poor condition. A few of the blinds were taped and broke. The fooseball table is falling apart. The safety gate needs screws to work properly. Location was not convenient for families with littles. It was located a bit furyher from pools and playgrounds than we wished. This house definitely needs some TLC and new furniture, etc. Although we adjusted to the dirty house, and price was reasonable, and I liked the quantity of bedrooms & bathrooms, we would not stay here again intil updated and cleaned up.
