This apartment can be joined with another apartment on the same floor. When apartments are united, the whole second floor will be private for you and your group.

Parking is available upon request, ensuring convenience during your stay! For convenience, a coin laundry room with wash cycles at $2.00 and dryers at $3.00, including coins upon request and complimentary laundry detergent.

Traveling to popular destinations like Old San Juan, the Convention Center District, San Juan Cruise Port Terminal, Plaza Las Americas, and the airports is quick and easy, with all these attractions being 5 to 20 minutes away. Whether you're a small or large group, our building can host up to 53 guests across our nine beautifully renovated apartments.

While you're here, here's some friendly advice about the unique Puerto Rican experience: Puerto Rico is an island that sometimes experiences water and electricity outages. The vibrant atmosphere of Puerto Rico means street noise is part of the experience. If you're a light sleeper, consider bringing earplugs. Also, please keep in mind that while we always do our best to keep critters away, the tropical weather here means they can be a bit persistent. There are seasonal bugs that are attracted to light, so we advise turning off the lights to encourage them to move away.
