Plenty of parking. Location was centralized and easy to get around. Owner thought of everything being 400 sq ft. Plenty of linens and comfortable beds. Clean and easy access to beach. Would recommend to anyone going to Ormond or Daytona Beach.

This was my wife and I’s first beach trip together. It was absolutely the best place to stay. Perfect view, great access to the beach. Room was plenty for us, very clean. We loved everything about it. Host was awesome, very friendly, responded in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about staying.

This unit is a very clean, small studio, and it could not be any closer to the beach or the pool! The host was very communicative! I would highly recommend this place for a getaway to spend on Daytona Beach! We loved watching the sunrise every morning!

We had a great experience & stay at the Symphony Beach Club. Place was perfect for my wife & I for a 2-night stay. The place had everything we needed. It was located right on the beach, which made the sunrise perfect to watch.

The Symphony is a great location and this unit is very conveniently located on the first floor. Right on the beach it’s a great spot.

This little place is a hidden piece gem! You cant ask for a more perfect spot, literally from your room to the beach in a few steps! 10 out of 10!

Great location - needs to be cleaner

We definitely enjoyed staying there. Location is outstanding. Not at clean as we could have wished - still some sand on the floor. Dishes were not that clean either.

Paul I am Glad you enjoyed yourself. I apologize for uncleanliness. If I had known, I would've had cleaning staff come to re-cleaned areas that were not cleaned. I am out of town so I wouldn’t know. I will contact cleaning staff immediately and fwd your review. All in all very few guests complain but if a previous guests puts back a dirty dish in cabinet it may be hard to catch for anyone but i certainly will let cleaning staff know. If you return, I will give you a 20% discount. My apologies again. Kim

The shower had mold in the corners by the floor, the kitchen cabinets felt sticky, the floor had a small amount of sand on it. At 3:58 on the day of check in I had to call the host still didn’t have the code to get in the unit. We were given a bunch of rules and told guests could be fined if broken. Nobody else got those rules and nobody enforced anything. We were told a white bench in back for sitting only both neighbors had it piled full of floats, chairs, and beach toys. Parking is very tight several cars took 2 spaces I never saw any response from management. The place is TINY. Would not work for the 2 of us again.

Great Getaway

A beautiful condo!!! Everything we needed was right there. Lots of small touches that made our visit so pleasant. Property owner/ manager was VERY helpful. Steps away from the beach. Close to many restaurants etc. and some places we even walked to. On our visit, we always felt safe. It’s small, but what is the saying ..”the best things come in small packages!!”

Just Don't

The owner, Kim accused me of breaking the old vertical blinds and said she would be "filing a claim". If pulling the chain to close the blind causes the blind to be destroyed, then she should have invested in a more updated window treatment. The lockbox is also faulty, but she said that was my fault too. Don't bother with this property.

I did not accuse. The blind was broke when you left. I filed a claim due to a broken item in condo. The lockbox working fine. The cleaning staff gave wrong code. I face timed you to figure it out which we did. I was accommodating and responsive. My fav getaway in the world right on the beach was a great deal for the rate you were giving. You told me you would retract your unfair low review and hope uou do soon.

If you’re looking for a cheap place with a short walk to the beach it’s fine just be ready when you open the fridge and the whole room smells like dead fish. The blinds are broke so you’ll have to fight with them to keep the last two panels closed. Don’t get sand in your beach front condo or you’ll be asked to pay an additional cleaning fee and have fun fighting the door locks your entire stay. Other than that it’s a great location on the beach and we enjoyed our time at the beach not the condo
