We’re glad to hear that your family enjoyed the pool, convenient beach access, golf cart, and the layout of the home. We sincerely apologize for the frustrations you experienced with the kitchen supplies and the lack of accurate information provided before your arrival. We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to discover that certain items were already in the home after you had gone to the expense and effort of bringing them with you. We also understand how difficult it was to prepare meals for 13 guests with limited forks, serving bowls, and mixing bowls. We appreciate you bringing the maintenance concerns to our attention as well. The loose towel holders, shower liner, broom, and noisy dryer are all items our team should address, and we will be sure to pass these concerns along for review. Your comments regarding the trash bags and household supplies are also helpful as we look for ways to make our pre-arrival information more accurate and useful. We’re sorry these issues affected your overall impression of the property.
