Wonderful stay

Great location and well stocked kitchen! The beds were very comfortable and the condo is a good size. Loved the veranda and the view.

Family of 4 - 2 boys, we had a great experience. Great Location, clean, updated, comfy beds. Perfect for a family of 4. We would book this again for sure!!!

Had a great stay!

We had a wonderful time for our first visit to AMI! Accommodations were great and fit our family perfectly. Loved that you all had items for the beach/pool. Would definitely recommend.

Nice place

We had a family vacation and found the apartment to be clean and well-furnished. The manager was very responsive to our questions. We enjoyed the walk to the beach. Overall, it was a great vacation!

Great location

The condo had everything we needed. The pool was nice and everyone we met at the pool was very nice. Location was great as it is centrally located on the island. We could walk or bike everywhere we wanted to go. We would stay at this property again.

Great location

We stayed here with our kids for our spring break. It was our first time on AMI so I wasn't sure about location, but this worked out perfectly. It is within walking distance to multiple restaurants, the beach, Publix and you are at the midway point for both ends of the island. oftpoint

spring break favorite

the property is the same as it has ever been. convenient to where we want to go to when on the island. the condo itself is nice enough and when we had my sister came to play cards one night, I wished we had a few more chairs to fit around the table but we managed. We've had this same condo numerous times and it is definitely worth repeating again.

Gorgeous Rental

AMI Still Rocks

The Creperie across the way never disappoints. This location is amazing. Looking forward to a fully recovered AMI next year.

Lovely condo in a convenient location

Great pool area. Very nicely decorated and furnished with everything you could need, including fast WIFI, smart TV and washer dryer. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Island Vacation properties were, as ever, efficient and helpful.

AMI Getaway

Property was wonderful. The only problem we had was the check in process. We were unaware of the buildings being numbered individually and that we entered both the Sunbow AND Cove properties. When I put the address in my GPS, it just brought us into Sunbow. And there are no signs for the cove until you get to the back and there’s that little sign before you cross the bridge so we initially went to the wrong unit within Sunbow. In addition the code to the property that was given to us by the property manager was just four numbers we did not realize we had to hit the checkmark also ….so that caused an issue in gaining entry ….and then finally …the passwords on the placard inside the unit were incorrect, other than those initial problems, the stay was wonderful

We have taken your comments seriously and have made necessary adjustments to ensure a smoother arrival experience for our guests. We have updated the instructions regarding getting to the correct building. Regarding the lock code, we understand your frustration and have amended our instructions to include the step of hitting the checkmark after entering the four-digit code. This should eliminate any confusion in gaining entry to the property. As for the incorrect passwords on the placard inside the unit, we apologize for this. We will certainly check to see if the wifi reset itself to factory wifi info and will make sure the place card is correct. We are glad to hear that despite these initial challenges, you still had a wonderful stay with us. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our services for future guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future to this fabulous condo and provide you with an even better experience!

Below Standard

Property was very rundown, in need of a complete overhaul Dust clumps hanging from walls Had to go to rental company to report the filthy condition of the air conditioner filter. It was replaced immediately BUT did nothing to clean the dirty air conditioner vents in all rooms. I wondered about the quality of the air we were breathing. Annoying things like patio doors very difficult and noisy to slid. My husband had to buy lubricant to apppy to the doors…helped very little. In general I would not recommend this rental. I hear it is to be painted but it’s overall condition needs a lot more than paint. Their ad claims “ lovingly maintained “ This is far from true. When I visited the rental company the agent said the unit is always rented so there is no time free to overhaul it. This is what I dealt with. I do NOT recommend this unit and advise you to contact them before you rent to see if any of the important issues have been addressed.

Disappointing Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Obviously owned by an absentee landlord. The soffit in the kitchen in front of the AC vent was covered in dust and dirt, there is black and green mold in the bathrooms, the sliding doors to the lanai barely slide, the two sofas are dilapidated and should have been replaced long ago, the walls are in dire need of paint, not to mention the Formica coming off on the countertops and vanities. Definitely not worth the money and they raised the price for next year! The good part is the condo is a short walk to the beach!

Thanksgiving Stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the location was convenient. Loved proximity to Publix and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We were not impressed with the unit itself. it definitely needs to be updated! We have been condo owners ourselves and and felt a responsibility to provide a clean and fresh place to stay. This unit needs paint, bedding (one twin bed frame was broken), better stocked kitchen and a deep clean. My sister stayed in the one next to us and it was much nicer and cleaner. We had issues with the pool which was disappointing as we booked for the use of a pool, but I will give the manager credit for compensating us. However we would much rather has use of the pool. But he was very helpful. So we appreciated that.

Peace Near the Ocean

The few things that broke while we were there were fixed very quickly. My only negative comment is that the place could use a coat of paint as a number of the corners of the wall are a bit banged up.
