Elegant & tranquil, newly remodeled in a charming contemporary & classic blend style. Historic Victorian smoke-free home a 10-12 minute walk to the ski gondola or the town center. Large private yard for summer enjoyment or winter snowman making. Great view of Aspen Mountain through mature trees. 3000 sq. ft. on three levels Gourmet fully equipped kitchen with marble surfaces, Sub Zero fridge, Wolf 6 burner gas stove & oven, large convection microwave, walk in pantry with additional kitchen sink, additional dishwasher, and laundry. Beautiful soapstone wood burning stove set on slate and surrounded by wide plank white oak flooring on the main level. All bathrooms have full marble surfaces with soothing in-floor radiant heat. Master bath has two sinks, very large bathtub and separate steam shower. Second upper bath has restored 1930's cast iron tub. 3rd and 4th baths have full marble showers. Gas fireplace in master bedroom. LCD flat screen TV's w/ DVD players throughout. WiFi. PRIVATE OUTDOOR HOT TUB!

Large comfortable full house that fits 4 couples with ensuite luxury bathrooms that is an easy walk to town. We especially enjoyed using the gourmet kitchen and outdoor grille and having large family meals together both inside and on the deck.

This is a great house and worked so well for us for our daughter’s wedding. Alan is really great at communicating and so welcoming. I look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Aspen.

This house is awesome, and we really appreciated the care Alan clearly puts into keeping the house nice and communicating clearly. The location by Smuggler is great, easy walk to everything in town, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals for our large family group. We were grateful to find such a perfect place after a last minute issue with a booking on another platform.

The house is very spacious and is located in an excellent part of town, very close to restaurants, shops and a bike trail. Alan is very friendly and helpful. My favorite part of the house is the view of Ajax Mountain from the master bedroom.

Great place to stay for skiing. Was a short walk to the bus stop to get to the mountain. Fully stocked kitchen ate in both nights and had everything we needed. Great table that sat everyone comfortably.

The host was so helpful and everything was very easy. We had a group of 7 including 4 young kids and the house was a great setup for us and close to everything. Great experience!

Aspen with family

Great walkable location, nice kitchen, plenty of bedrooms and baths. Near nice park for kids. Aspen is pricey but we all had a wonderful time

Great, Convenient Aspen Home

Very comfortable home, convenient to Aspen. We had a group of 5 couples and everyone had their own, nice space. Our host, Alan, was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house, great location!

We stayed here for a month this summer and had a great time!!! The owner Alan was extremely hospitable and the house is a great walking distance from the heart of Aspen. We had our 3 little girls with us who made the trip with ease!!! Strongly recommend!!

Aspen House

House was in a great location! Right near gorgeous park and playground. House was well stocked! Hot tub was key! Grill was great. Alan was a great host. Highly recommend!!

Clean Home in a Great Location

The house was in a great location for the value. We were able to walk into town and the gondola in about 15 minutes. The house was well kept with a lot of character. I hope to get back again.

Cute clean lots of appliances. Anything you would ever need Alan was so kind and so nice if you texted him about anything immediately you heard back from him. Enjoyed my stay wish I could’ve stayed longer and all my guest were pleased.

it was our third Thanks Giving celebration in Aspen and first one we stayed in a house on the other side of the river. Itnis a beautiful and quier part of town we didnt know before very close to several trails. The house was very tidy and clean, beds are very confortable and the kitchen is very well stocked. We had a great time at Alan's place.

Every Need Handled

Alan excels as a host/VRBO Owner in every way imaginable. Our rooms and amenities were pleasant and overstocked with comforts. Kitchen and utility area had ALL the comforts of home where other owners have such sterile spaces that force guests to go to the store for everything. Location had us mere minutes from everything we needed. Comfortable and beautiful, loved all Alan's attention to detail and artwork. Would return in a heartbeat.

Awesome Stay,

This house is a wonderful 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath house just south of Highway 82 on the East side of Aspen. It was convenient to everything and although we had a rental car, walking would have been no problem. The nine adults in our group had plenty of room as there were three bedrooms downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. We used the hot tub everyday after a day on the slopes which was wonderful. Checking in and checking out was a text message and obviously easy. Included everything we needed for a great vacation and would definitely book again if we go back to Aspen next year.

Picture perfect

Alan’s home was absolutely stunning and absolutely wonderful for our group of 8. It was spacious and comfortable with every amenity that we needed. The kitchen was setup and allowed for all of us to cook family meals together. We would sit out at the table on the front porch for breakfast and enjoy the beautiful weather. The hot tub was also nice for the evening. It was so convenient to be able to walk thru the beautiful park to the market and downtown. This house is definitely a gem that we’re happy we discovered!

Perfection Wrapped in the Aspen glow

Alan was amazing, responsive and very helpful. The property was absolutely perfect for our group of close friends. The house layout was very accommodating with separate spaces with very roomy bedrooms and a very functional and social kitchen space. The hot tub is large and was used 1 to 2 times per day for our weary, hard charging ski crew. Plenty of towels, plates, etc. Basically a perfect lounge space and launchpad for skiing and nights in downtown Aspen. We both drove and walked into town...both were easy. Parking was very easy as well. We loved the house and Alan's hospitality! FIVE.five Stars out of Five. We'll be back for sure. James.
