The neighborhood is quiet, neighbors are friendly. The home is very clean and had most everything we needed.It is a short drive to the heart of New Orleans.

Great place

This is a great place to stay for the price close to everything and they inform you of any changes and work with you in every way possible I will definitely be staying again

Close to French quarter, charming Shotgun style residence in quiet neighborhood. Short Uber 10-15 min ride to majority of sights. Street parking in front of residence. Owner very nice and available for questions. Recommend without reservation!

Stayed for Mardi Gras

Price was very resonable considering it was Mardi Gras! Quaint home not too far from the French Quarter.

Exactly What We Needed

AMAZING

The location alone was perfect. Close enough to hit the Quarter or roam with the locals. Stephanie has a beautiful home and Ashyra has wonderful energy. Overall great stay. Can’t wait to return. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to truly “experience” New Orleans.

NOLA BDAY TRIP

New Orleans Hospitality

Nice place for our New Year weekend stay. Very nice, clean. Neighborhood was nice, friendly neighbors. Everyone would wave to us as we left/arrived. Short drive to French Quarter/Frenchman Street. Everything we needed, dishes, silverware, washing machine, oven, etc. Very accommodating when I needed to add one person to our stay. I will.stay here again when I come back.

Best location we have stayed in New Orleans

My sister and I visit New Orleans every few years or so for 3-4 weeks at a time. This was the best budget friendly location we have found so far in the sense that the neighborhood feels quiet and safe, and the neighbors were friendly and pleasant. It was a short walk to the river which we absolutely loved! We had a rental car, so every place we went was an easy 20-minute drive. It was so nice to stay on the outskirts where parking was not an issue and we could get away from all the city traffic. Miss Stephanie was so nice and made herself always available for any need we might have had. There was an authentic neighborhood bar down the street where everyone was so friendly and welcomed us. The house had everything we needed for a 3 week stay and was overall a very pleasant experience. The wild flowers were amazing!
