Our place is located at the beach in Sunny Isles, close to Aventura Mall, walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores.
Amazing view from the inside to the beach and the ocean. Full kitchen, Washer + Dryer. Enjoy the amenities of the hotel (Gym, swimming pool at the beach, restaurant), and get around on foot or by car.
Guests must show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
All reservations incur a resort fee of $ 28.- per night plus taxes, which includes the following benefits:
- Local telephone calls and toll-free numbers
- WiFi in all the facilities of the complex
- Umbrella, chairs and towels for the pool and beach
- Access to the fitness center
- Access to the business center
There is private parking at the property. It is not necessary to book. Price: $ 30.- per day
