BnB Homes Praia da Rocha Beach Sun-kissed Apartment is one of the 4 detached studios (ap. T0), located in guests’ shared apartment building with a joint corridor. The studio has a sleeping area, a private bathroom and a private kitchen with a dining zone.
The apartments are located in the heart of Portimão. The abundance of restaurants & shops within walking distance will make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Proximity to the popular Praia da Rocha beach (60 m) will allow you to appreciate all the beauty ocean.
The new brand fully furnished apartment (studio) is designed in a modern and minimalist style to create a positive and relaxing atmosphere for every guest. Focusing on your comfort, the cozy apartment (32 m²) is ideal for 2 people.
The configuration of apartments is as follows: 1 bedroom with a full-size bed, a wardrobe and bedside tables, Smart TV LED - 32'' (YouTube Premium, Netflix it’s free for our guests), a dining table that can also be used as a workplace, a bathroom and kitchen.
The bathroom with a modern shower cabin, a toilet and a sink.
The spacious kitchen has essential appliances, including a stove, a fridge, a water kettle, etc.
Also, the kitchen is equipped with modern crockery and kitchen utensils.
For the convenience of our guests, in the common area there is a modern washing machine with dryer, iron and ironing facilities.
Our apartment is equipped with the air conditioner, which can be used for both cooling and heating.
What is available to the guests:
Our apartments have the high-speed Internet - up to 500 Mb, WI-FI is free for our guests.
We provide each guest a linen and a set of towels for using in the apartment and on the beach.
A washing machine with a dryer is available to our guests in the common corridor of our block of apartments, which can be used by guests of the other 2 apartments.
To create complete silence in the rooms, guests can use blinds, the control keys are located next to the windows in all rooms.
Breakfast:
For our guests, breakfasts are available in the cafe at special prices (paid separately). Guests can order breakfast by telephone at the café (located 50 meters from the complex). Our guests will receive a menu to order and detailed information about the cafe after booking.
Health and safety:
Our team is strictly concerned about health and security of our guests!
We use the professional standards of cleaning and hygiene in our apartment for our guests.
The first aid kit in apartment is equipped with thermometer and all the necessities.
The apartments are equipped with a fire extinguisher and a fire blanket.
Parking:
Free parking is available next to our complex during the period October-May inclusive.
During the period June-September this parking is free from 10.00 to 07.00.
Also, within walking distance there are other parking lots (paid and free) with different payment terms and operating hours.

Faro Airport is situated in 72 km from our location, which shouldn't take more than 30 minutes by car, depending on the traffic.
The easiest way of getting around in Albufeira is either walking or renting a car.
If you want to rent a car, we can offer you our partners - car rent company and they can meet you at the Faro airport and provide you with the best auto.
Rule of residence:
For our guests we use self-check-in.
Guests will receive detailed instructions 1 day in advance for check-in via website chat and email.
Self-check-in until 20:00.
Check-in after 20.00 hours is subject to a charge.
We will be grateful to you for a reward to our manager in the amount of 20 euros (in cash please).
Please follow these rules of our complex:
Keep quiet from 10.00 p.m. till 07.00 a.m., respect other residents’ peace.
Not for parties. Not for smoking. Not for animals.
