This stylish home is a fun place for your family or friends with its brand newly renovated interior on a full acre of privacy and wildlife. It is complete with 2 brand new bathrooms, all new stainless steel appliances, huge granite island with cooktop, laundry area, coffee bar, spacious dining area, and fully and tastefully furnished with everything you could want like, dinnerware, cookware, coffee, dish washing soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, games, and many other incidentals. Outdoors include newly landscaped patio with outdoor dining group and front porch seating to share the quiet moments and wildlife. The unique Western Shores community boasts a gorgeous sandy beach where long walks take place all yet round and sharks teeth can be found. Summer lends itself to swimming and fishing while spring and fall have it all. The area has much to offer and is close to the sailor’s rest and much loved Solomon’s Island, the famous North and Chesapeake Beaches are within a short drive; historic Annapolis, the seat of Maryland is about 40 minutes away, and our political United States Capital in Washington DC with its many memorials, parks, restaurants, and of course it’s Smithsonian Institute museums which will worth the 45 minute drive. You probably won’t see it all but what you will see will be impressive. It’s easy to commute with bus transits, metro, and subways. Fly into and out of 3 close-by international airport's; Baltimore-Washington, Reagan, and Dulles. No matter your pleasure, no disappointments here.

Trash is picked up at the street Thursday night. Guests staying during this time please place trash at the street in the receptacle and when leaving.

A nice, quiet, comfy vacation house for the family! Being able to see jellyfish at the beach was definitely a sight to see, it was amazing! Would definitely stay again.

Private location perfect for relaxing. The home was in excellent condition and Linda the host was very helpful and responsive! Very well equipped, easily will sleep 6, updated appliances, and more! Close to the private beach area of Western Shores where we enjoyed watching the eagles overhead and listening to the gentle waves of the Chesapeake Bay. We will stay here again if available when we travel "home" to Southern Maryland. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Nice, spacious, well stocked house in a residential neighborhood not far from a private neighborhood beach. A good location to access Calvert cliffs, Flag ponds, Solomons, and shopping at Prince Frederick.

Girls Weekend

My sister in law and I spent the weekend at this cute little house and had an amazing time. The location was perfect and was in quiet neighborhood. The house was fully stocked and the beds were comfy. We would definitely come back sometime!!

Family Visit

we had a great time, traveling and visiting with family. The VRBO met our needs; the appliances and bathrooms are all updated and modern. the location was secluded and safe. Linda as the host was super responsive.

Perfect in Every Way

(5 night stay) We would give this home 10 stars if possible! The rooms and outside area were very comfortable for family gatherings as well as relaxing. Each room was well-equipped -- and the furnishings and little homey touches were tastefully and thoughtfully done. We would definitely return in a heartbeat!

Lovely stay

Bedding was aplenty, pots, pans and dishes were aplenty, neighborhood was great, ease of access to main highway in the county was great. Communication with the hosts went very well. Pro tip: If the kitchen sink suddenly stops producing water, check the AA batteries in the box under the sink on the right.

Bay Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Calvert County home. The house was very clean and setup to make for an easy and fun stay for a family. The beach was close by and the beach pass made it easy to access. The family area was nice and open and was perfect for activities on rainy days. The coffee bar in this space was a huge bonus! We found lots of fossils on the beach and visited local sites and museums. Linda and Kenny were great hosts and were available to support our stay. We hope to stay here again!

Adventure is waiting

We live this area and had stayed in this neighborhood last year by chance. Fell in love with the people, the private beach and the natural surroundings. It's so nice to get out of the city. Thank you for a warm and cozy home. Weather was perfect too. 4 for neighborhood is stricly due to available food options only. soso nice to exasperated
